Came in with 15 minutes to spare from a day of photographs to get the lunch special and zero Mongolian Beef was available and extra General Gau's chicken was not available as advertised. Tasted like frozen Sysco Food and weirdly when I turned around a Sysco Food delivery truck was in the street. Poor service even with tip. Ambiance fast food take-out. Street Food is prepared with more care. read more

Great dumplings, super nice service. We were in NYC for a visit, and staying nearby. We wanted dumplings, and did not want to go to Chinatown. Found this place near our hotel and it was great. The pork and mushroom dumplings, pan fried were super, as were the scallion pancakes. Could not have had better, nicer service. This place is super-excellent. read more

You can't go wrong with good dumplings. I just stopped by and caught a quick bite to eat. They have a variety of dumplings. Fried or steamed. I would definitely recommend and come back again. read more

Love the beef noodle soup I ordered. Tasty and large pieces of beef! Highly recommend!

My friends and I were curious as we past by this place today. We decided to try their fried pork and chives dumplings and were all surprised how tasty they were. Glad this place recently opened up so I can get my dumpling fix. I'll be sure to try out more from their menu soon! read more

This is super dank. All my boys LOVE emperor dumpling. I can't wait for next Sunday. Hoorah

Great dumplings! The crystal shrimp dumplings and the shrimp shumai dumplings are delicious!! I'll be back to try to pork dumplings!

Staying nearby, need a fast cheap place to eat on a rainy evening. This was perfect for us.

Best deal is the lunch special before 3:30pm. Sushi has always been fresh. Service is ok, a couple of visits where they forgot to add my soup but they quickly got it to me. read more

Shrimp dumplings , Pork and Chives dumplings, fried or steamed. Hong Kong Wonton Noodle soup. All fresh and delicious. The seating area is clean and comfortable. An oasis and great food in the middle of the hustle and bustle! read more

I ordered the chicken lo mein and it was bland. It had no flavor and was greasy. They offered a drink on them if you gave them a good review. That seems like a red flag to me if you ask me. Don't let their reviews fool you! read more

Wow!! Just had the pan fried chicken and spicy beef dumplings and they were delicious!! Yummy sweet soy sauce and chili oil to dip in. Located across the street from the Eventi Hotel where I'm staying. Made to order! Friendly staff! The other dishes looked great too! So happy!! read more

Taiwanese beef noodle soup was awesome. You know a good authentic beef noodle soup if they serve with the soured pickles. Haven't had a good one in nyc for a while. The noodles are the thick chewy ones too. Recommend! read more

They just opened pretty recently as I've passed it a number of times over the last few weeks. The staff are really friendly and the food looked pretty good! I was just looking for a noodle soup and got the roast duck noodle. Broth was yummy and there was plenty of duck, noodles, and bok choy. Lots of cilantro. Dumplings look really good too and I'll probably get that next time I walk by. They also have bubble tea and some other Chinese drinks too. Really just a nice quick place to stop by if you're not looking for anything fancy read more

Great service. Delicious food made fresh to order. Huge portions at dinner, and loved the vegetables in the dishes we had.

Emperor Dumpling - Roast duck noodle soup before the soup. - Chinese Near Me - New York, New York

Just ordered the Taiwanese Beef Noodle soup. I am recovering from a really bad cold and needed a nice hot soup with some ooomph. This hit the spot. The soup was a bit spicy but not too spicy. The noodles were chewy and delicious. There was just enough beef with every bite. All of the veggies included were fresh. And the best part was delivery was very fast!! Will definitely order again!! read more

A real gem in mid town. Perhaps because it was late but when I got the Mongolian beef, it was freshly wok fried, and the result was tender and flavorful and a sizable order. I also got pan fried shrimp dumplings which were a bit more bland but still pretty good. For that part of town, more than good enough read more

I would absolutely recommend. The staff was speedy, attentive and very much cared about the quality of their food. Excellent beef soup!

Went in for a quick dinner -- we got the Duck Noodle Soup and Eel with Rice. Food was tasty and great value, service was friendly and efficient. Hope to continue supporting this hard-working neighborhood spot! read more

Hidden gem! Little hole in the wall. It was so good and everything super fresh and hot! Between the three of us we split the general T'sos with rice and pork chive dumplings. It was all good! Would totally come here again. If I lived here it would be a favorite spot to visit. The guy at the register was also super nice! read more

This is the 2nd time we've been tried out this restaurant. I strongly recommend this restaurant! We loved their dumplings. The meat was juicy and tender, flavorful and tasted beyond delicious! This time, we ordered the dumplings again definitely. We also wanted to try the 1/2 roasted duck. I thought the price was slightly higher than the ones from Chinatown. But, this one is amazing. The meat is juicy but not fatty. The dipping sauce is the best one I have ever had. it has little fresh ginger flavor joins with the duck meat perfectly delicious and really appetizing. I have to stop here because my mouth is watering and making me hungry again.... Anyway, I really love this restaurant! read more

Had a Grubhub coupon and decided to give a new spot a try. I've been craving dumplings and this place peaked my interest. As a FYI.. I LOVE dumplings.. I've even done dumpling crawls in Chinatown, I've trooped to queens just to try a place out if someone tells me they're good! I'm that person. Now mind you.. i ordered from this place sight unseen!!! Going strictly off of yelp reviews.. I absolutely would order from here again!! I ordered all dumplings.. 2 "happy hour" orders of beef and chicken dumplings and a larger order of the pork and chive (my fave anywhere). Excellent dumplings.. very tasty! On the smaller side.. but absolutely worth the try. Especially with their happy hour. Also to note.. as I've gotten older.. as much as I love dumplings.. they don't always sit well with my tummy.. but I took the chance being at home and didn't have any issues. Next time I'd like to order in and/or try some of their other things read more
