Lady was so rude I just canceled the order. I was super excited to try the food. Told me this food is not for you or your kind

The garlicky oily dipping sauce added even more flavor to the savory empanadas and gave me dragon breath all day but it was so worth it! There is a good amount of seating here. I love the futbol decor and airiness of the place. There is some lot parking out front and street parking is also an option and where I found parking. The only downside to my experience coming here recently is how they forgot to include my ham & cheese empanada in the to go box that was nicely packaged and sealed so I couldn't check to see if it was there until I unpacked my order and found that it was not there. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of calling them to get a refund for it or drive back for it. Also, I don't feel like giving them one less star right now on this review because of it. I'm considering it this time as a natural human error and donation to this nice small business. Hopefully, they will be more careful and efficient my next visit because their product was very tasty and I do want go back there again soon to try more.

It wasn't busy when I was there so I ordered pretty fast. Food: Cheese bread: 4/5 -- soft and fluffy, does have an aftertaste I'm not use to Tamal 5/5-- this was humongous and very flavorful. It was packed with various meats that was very tender. It also came with a bread to help balance the meal. Beef empanada 5/5 -- this was really good. These empanadas are different from what I'm used to as the outer shell is crispy. It was really good and the beef inside was super flavorful that I didn't need to dip it in any sauce. They were also pretty big. I think the food is made to order so you do have to wait 5-10 minutes. Overall I'm coming back because I want to try their other offerings

It is not easy to find, and you will have to find it to visit. You're not going to chance upon it, as it is not even visible from any street. The location is in a business and warehouse area. We thought we had taken a wrong turn until we finally saw it. The food is good. Having lived in Colombia for a few years and learned how to cook many Colombian dishes, this place is legit. Is it the finest Colombian food on the planet? Not. But it is good. It's well-executed, clean, and tasty. We had several things from the menu, and I look forward to returning and trying all the menu. The store is fantastic. Many different Colombian food and household items are available here. This business has been around for two years, and I hope they make it for 50 or more years. It's worth a visit to support an excellent business run by fabulous people.

We did a belated Christmas gift exchange with friends recently and our friends made reservations here. So glad they did! It's literally right down in the main Bellevue Square hub, so we were able to easily park at the mall and make a short walk to Castilla. Vibes were perfect with low lighting but still a bustling atmosphere. Our server (unfortunately forgot his name) kept solid recommendations coming all night and was so funny and personable! As this is a tapas spot, we tried quite a few dishes and split them amongst the table. Mixta Paella: our server promised us that the smaller size paella was good for 2-4 people and man he was RIGHT. The portion was absolutely insane and I don't think we even finished all of it. Everything tasted so fresh and there was so much flavor to the dish. They warn you ahead of time, but plan for the paella to take 30 minutes for them to prepare. Grilled Octopus Leg: Every time I have octopus (which is two times now LOL) I'm a little worried about the texture, but it was prepared beautifully here and the sauce that it was in was delicious. Salmon & Artichoke Dip: I'm a sucker for any type of artichoke dip and this was no exception. Creamy, rich, and great flavor! Beef Medallions: Tender and cooked to perfection. Definitely recommend. Chorizo & Onion Empanada: Another banger. So crispy and the filling was so good! I actually was on the fence about this one but my husband insisted, and it was a good choice. Patatas Aioli: Crispy layered potato with a garlic aioli? I mean, come on. You can't go wrong. Delicious. This was our first visit to Castilla and I'm sure it won't be the last - would definitely return if I'm dining up again in Bellevue!

I discovered Arepa several years back in Raleigh in NCSU campus and always felt that's the best Arepa I ever had. But then comes this place which absolutely set the bar even higher. Their Arepas are really good - given I just tried a black bean Arepa - no meat. I loved it. I also enjoyed their sauces and it is just fun to experiment with different sauces and enjoying the flavors. I won't be surprised if all their sauces were housemade. My friend got Chicken Empanadas and this was first time he was having Venezuelian food - he really liked it. We also tried Flan - it was okay. You probably don't want to try lot of desserts here. I have had this place before when it was on 50th and I was much more impressed this time around. I really enjoyed all the sauces they provided for the table: garlic, cilantro, chipotle, spicy, and habanero. The empanada was soooo tasty and the beef in everything was great. The location is conveniently across from a big and pretty empty parking lot so it was also easy to drop in to eat. I will definitely be craving this place again.
