12/18/2025 First time here. Finally trying out since I was in the area. Take-out place only, so no places to sit and eat. There are a few chairs for people to sit on while they wait for their order, but no tables, no bathrooms. My wait time was 15-20 minutes. You can call in advance and pick-up as well to save time. Options: You can request for fried or baked empanadas. Sizes are quite small. Smaller than your hand. Made to order, so empanadas are served piping hot. CRIOLLA It's been awhile since I've last had empanadas, so decided to start with this. Very good starting point. The criolla was jam packed with ground beef, onions, eggs, olives and raisins. Loved the olives and raisins in it brought a briny and sweet flavor. It was very satisfying to eat, especially with the chimichurri. For reference, the spicy beef was similar in flavor profile minus the spicy kick. SPICY BEEF A must-try. This was super good! I would have ordered more if I knew what to order. This was my favorite! It tasted like a taco filling with all the taco seasonings. There was ground beef, onions, eggs, olives and jalapeños in it for the spicy kick. It wasn't too spicy either. SPICY CARNITAS Very porky flavors. Porky-licious! Definitely has that spicy kick from the jalapeños. The meat was slightly dry. It was okay, but I wouldn't order this again. CORN & CHEESE Could not see much other vegetables in it other than corn. Don't know what cheese was used, but it did taste a bit like Velveeta cheese. There was not stuffed and there was not a lot of cheese and not a lot of corn. It was very bland. I could still taste the empanada dough. It almost tasted undercooked. The empanada dough itself is bland. This was terrible and not good at all! APPLE I ordered it for fried, but it came out baked. Overall it wasn't bad, it tasted like apple pie. Yet the dough itself is thicker, so it takes away from the filling. The filling could use some more cinnamon and more apple juice filling to bring a more robust apple filling flavor. The flavor overall was good, but slightly lacking. CHIMICHURRI SAUCE Herbacious and tangy. You gotta scoop up the herbs and eat it on top of the empanada. You do need to purchase for 50 cents extra. But I think it's worth getting. CASH OR CREDIT CARD ACCEPTED! SURCHARGE ADDED TO CREDIT CARD USERS. CUSTOMER SERVICE Good customer service. The person taking my order was patient and friendly. The one complaint is that the person taking orders do go back and forth to the kitchen to check up on customer orders. PARKING Large parking lot shared with other businesses. My family grew up eating Empanadas To Go, and I'm so happy to say the restaurant is still doing well! The empanadas were so delicious and filling, as always :) We had the beef, spinach&cheese, corn&cheese, spicy beef, and saltena- all baked. The dough/breading was soft yet still had a nice crisp layer. The inside was completely stuffed with ingredients (no air pockets)! The chimichurri sauce was perfect! Service was excellent! Texture of empanada shells are perfect; chewy but soft and not too dense while the outside was crispy. Chimichurri is really good but mostly oil. About 3/4 of the 2oz is oil and only the bottom settled portion is the other stuff. I prefer scooping my chimichurri with a fork to avoid most of the oil, I usually grab 2 for myself for every 3-4 empanadas. Saltena -so flavorful. Loved that the chopped steak added a different texture. Spicy Beef -olives added just the right amount of saltiness. Eggs are hard boiled and added some texture back into the ground beef. Spicy Chicken - less salty than the spicy beef but just as good. Carnitas -soft and tender. read more

Off the bookmarks. Out and about one day I looked up and the store was right in front of me . Located in a strip mall . It is a grab and go type of place . They have a few seats available for waiting outside . I spoke with another customer who had ordered a box full of empanadas. When I asked what they recommended they said it was their first time also and they bought based on word of mouth. Yes, word gets around about this place . I ordered 3 empanadas . 1 fried (dulce de leche )and 3 baked( spicy chicken and dulce de leche).The wait was not long at all. They were packaged in to go containers and tied up in a bag. I only tried the baked ones. The spicy chicken was good . The empanadas will come hot. There is no dining area so you might be like me and eat it in the car in their lot. No regrets. The empanadas come in at around $3 each. I also tried the chimichurri sauce and it paired nicely with my empanada. Lots of flavor options. The standard chicken and the cheese and onion are my favorite two empanadas. You must get the chimichurri sauce. It's delish and elevates the taste. Also great are the Canoncitos (pastry filled with dulce de leche and sprinkled with powdered sugar) that are in the refrigerator. Not made there, you just grab them and add to your order. SO good! Here's what we got: Chicken - Nice and flavorful Spicy Chicken - The same as the chicken but with a small kick. To me it wasn't spicy. Veggie - This had great flavor as well. There was cheese in it. But it wasn't a lot. Corn and cheese - Yummy with a little sweetness Spinach and Cheese - This had plenty of spinach that was seasoned well. I've been craving some empanadas and came here one day to try their sandwiches as well. Their choripan sandwich ($7.99) and prosciutto and cheese sandwich ($7.99) are great. Their empanadas are $2.69 each and chose to get the saltena, spicy beef, criolla, beef, and corobesa which are part of their savory empanadas. The empanadas have ground beef, hard boiled eggs, onions, olives, and raisins. The only difference between the criolla and cordobesa is that the cordobesa has sugar in it and is a bit too sweet for me. The criolla is my favorite of the flavors. They can be either fried or baked and they're filled thoroughly. The dough was flaky and the chimichurri sauce is good too for all the different flavors. The choripan is grilled Argentinean sausage with chimichurri, lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonnaise on soft white bread. It was flavorful and not too heavy or oily with the chimichurri. The prosciutto and cheese sandwich was good, they gave a good amount of prosciutto slices with tomatoes, lettuce, and mayonnaise. It's a hassle to get out of the plaza. The lady was nice. read more
