I ordered a 14" "Create Your Own" with a trio of toppings: Pepperoni, Italian Sausage and White Onion. While the website did not have any area for my to designate my explicit wishes for the bake- To cook my pizza "well done." Bravo to the Eagle-eyed staffer who adroitly caught my note I'd placed near my payment information!! Tho I'd strongky suggest Next Door add a "bake time (regular or well done)" to its order page lest they risk potentially upset customers down the line who, like me, prefer tbe crisper finish of a well done pie. My pie itself was pretty good- NY style, dough on the foldable side w/ fresh ingredients. Tho my order was takeout the venue was buzzing- The dining room was nearly full and the (small) lot was so tightly packed I hadta park over by the Holiday Inn Express and hoof it in. I'm no prima donna...but having only one Handicapped Parking spot near Next Door is less than ideal. My takeout order was $21.50 before taxes and nominal tip. read more

So I am a major pizza snob. Definitely very critical not just with the pizza but all the other things with it. Just moved here from Newport Beach so I'm used to great pizza. This place is good. Not bad but nothing to rave about. (Yes, first world problems) THE PIZZA: I ended up getting a medium Mr Popular. Decent. Crust was ok as it was a tad soggy in the middle and when I took a slice out it flopped down. Everything else was decent as was the jalapeño and pepperoni but the sausage was a total let down. Mere crumbles of sausage. Barely enough to satisfy a 2 year old lol. I'm used to pizza with sausage at least the size of quarter. Definitely need to add more sausage to this "specialty pizza" Their Cesar was ok. The lettuce had too many end pieces from the romaine that were wilted. Not enough crunch in the salad. Dressing was on point. BUT...their ranch was too runny. Almost soupy. Good ranch should have a little more thickness and molasses like texture with more viscous consistency. But for the price I can't complain. The inside looks clean and would be a fun place to watch the game and chill with some friends. The service was perfect. Solid local pizza spot. Our family was excited to find a pizza spot selling thin crust pies, reminiscent of NYC pizza. Tried the regular cheese pizza twice. The crust was nice and thin, but not as crispy as we would have liked. Their cheese pizzas come with both mozzarella and pecorino cheese. Recommend opting out of the pecorino as it made the pizza pretty salty. Will definitely come back to try other toppings and crust varieties. read more

The pepperonis were delicious as well. The hot honey was good but i needed more (I took half the pizza home and added more hot honey and it was superb). First time visit and our kiddos enjoyed the food! We ordered a "build your own" pizza and 8piece wings online and our order finished right when we arrived so it was fresh. The gentleman who helped us at the counter told us somehow our ticket was read wrong so they accidentally only put pepperoni on half of the pizza. I told them it was ok, but to make up for the mistake they gave us a free slice of their tiramisu. The prices alone are great considering a lot of other places around here cost a little more. the windows everywhere give great natural light during the day and makes the place feel really open. My husband and I had lunch here for the first time today and we absolutely loved it. We had the Next Door pizza (without ham), and it was great! The garlic aioli sauce and artichokes really made it. I got an 18 inch pie from this place last week while staying at the nearby Holiday Inn. I was happy to find a pizza place I could walk to from the hotel. I'm sad to report that the pizza was a big disappointment. I saw on the website that they claim to have "East Coast" pizza. Having grown on up on the East Coast, this place would be out of business very quickly over there. Cheese, sauce, and crust were all weak. Toppings were pretty good but lacking in quantity. Very boring. The Little Caesars near Knott's Berry Farm has better pizza, trust me. Great pizza tastes best when microwaved the morning after for breakfast. Pizza from Next Door turned into a giant ball of shit when I microwaved it. Don't waste your money here. Hopefully they stop claiming the East Coast and just tell people they're serving crummy pizza. Wanted to grab some food before I headed to a campground and found this spot. I got a small sausage and pepperoni. The pizza itself is a thin crust. I was hoping for big pieces of sausage that drip grease onto the pizza, but the sausage they use is small and crumbly. Pizza was ok. Good pizza and it's right next to my favorite brewery in Chino Hills. It's clean and nice inside and the service is always excellent.

We got: Garlic knots (so good) Fried Calamari (probably one of the best) Mozzarella stick (mid) Turkey Caprese Sandwich (100/10) God mother deep dish (100/10) service was great. I can't remember the guy working the front's name but he was the only one there besides kitchen staff. First time at Next Door Pizza. We had the antipasto salad, hot honey pepperoni pizza, a build your own pizza, and a hard seltzer. The food and service were great. The prices were a bit high and I wish the hot honey pizza had a little more of the honey sauce. Other than that, everything was great. They had multiple televisions with MMA, baseball, and soccer playing. The staff was great and all seemed to be hospitable and in a good mood. This pizza place is right next to the Luchidor and they serve the craft beer from there. The Food is great, I had the hot honey pepperoni pizza along with wings and a beer and it was tasty! Service is pretty good, you order at a counter and take a table flag. They brought me my beer as soon as I sat down at my table, wings shortly after, and pizza about 20 minutes later. We ordered our tik tok pizza and picked it up. We drove it 3 blocks down the street to share with some friends, with a glass of wine, for my birthday. We arrived and it was ice cold. The nice girl on the phone said 25-35 minutes for pick up and we were there within the time frame. We openned up the lid and there it was. It looked like it had been sitting in that box in a lake of grease on someones counter all night. Literally a few tbsp of sauce was spread all over the pizza. You could see the crust but not the sauce. We could not even taste it and we thought they forgot to put it on. The crust was like tissue paper, thin as 2 ply toliet paper. Included were miniscule crumbs of sausage with no taste and giant blobs of ricatta cheese that did not have a fresh, ricatta cheese consistency or taste.The ricatta tasted like it came from a mix and was like creamy, fluffy, frosting. We tried to stay positive and spread it over the pizza as directed by some other Yelp reviewers. The 4 of us agreed that this was not edible and in the trash it went. There is such a thing as bad pizza everyone. Next Door Pizza proved it tonight. Save your money, don't believe the tik tocs, and order from Pizza Hut. Happy Birthday to me. read more

New restaurant that opened up about 4 months ago in Chino Hills. It's in a nice location where the Holiday Inn is. I met the owner on my visit, Jaime. Very cool guy. They have a good sized eating area and they have signature pizzas like chicken garlic but you can make your own too. They also have items like spaghetti and meatballs or a meatball sandwich. I get it, water cups is only for water, but when I see a grown a** man who I believe was the owner telling my 12 year old autistic non verbal son that "cups are only for water," instead of mentioning something to the parent .:.I really had to scratch my head! I needed to leave. That scenario played out this past Saturday, while waiting for my order at the counter, my 3 young kids which included my aforementioned 12yr old above was waiting at their table. Again, no argument as far as water cups for water only, but if it really did bother you that my non-verbal son had something else other than water in their cups, then you could have mentioned something to the parent rather then telling my autistic son who's brain isn't developed to begin with...What did you expect my son to say to you? It's hard to fathom what had happened and I hope in the future you will consider saying something to the caregivers first rather than put it on the kids. read more

I had the pleasure of trying the new to the menu, or at least to me, deep dish pie. It was clearly inspired by Detroit-style pizzas. It had a great crust, not too bready--and still retained those great fresh toppings. I normally just prefer a traditional round pie with its predictable dimensions and thickness. Tried their pizza for the first time today as a Chino Hills resident. Service was great and being able to order online was great and convenient and prices in your face so no one can complain later. Ambiance inside seemed very family and young people oriented which is nice for them to have a clean place to hang out. I got my pizza to go, it was an "18 inch" with cheese and a couple of toppings. The dough was really good and actually did taste new yorkish. Toppings were good and the mozzarella cheese... was decent tho didn't taste like any authentic mix or such. Sauce was red sauce and I thought it was good. What did stand out was that it was cut kind of weird with 4 giant slices and the rest smaller slices even tho I didn't ask for that. Secondly it seems the pizza may be 18 inches before cooking but after cooking seemed to have shrunk an inch or more. Yea it seemed smaller than 18 inch pizzas I'm used to so I did measure it and it was between 16.5-17 at best . I think if they can work on selling 18 inch pizzas after they are cooked and cutting them correctly then it definitely would be a 5 Star place but for now I'm keeping it at 4 for the flavor of the pizza and ambiance alone. read more

First timer ! Loved when I called the guy was very nice and helpful and patient I wasn't sure if this place like a pieolgy or they make the pizzas for you . But it's nice and they have a bar area and the Togo area if you wanna buy just a slice. The pizza was fresh and ready in 20 mins and the salad was very unique and delish! I had picked up my dinner to go and the young lady there was very nice and had everything organized. I highly recommend for a quick dinner pick up or a simple dinner night out to watch the game and have a slice and a drink.
