Firstly My husband and I usually love this place, however today, was such a disappointment. From the moment the order was placed, who ever was on the phone sounded like he didn't want to talk and wasn't paying attention. We said what we wanted and he still asked what we wanted. Order gets placed, he says 15-20 min. We arrive about 18 minutes later, my husband mentioned how the guy on the phone was rude to other customers. If that guy is still going to be there I wouldn't go back. A place could be good and still have crappy people working and ruining the experience. We get home, and I notice my wings barely have sauce, and normally we don't have to worry because they always pour a good amount of sauce on the wings, even my husband who asked for extra sauce on his. Barely anything. I'm so disappointed and probably won't go back for a while. It's not worth paying the amount of money just to get crappy service and mediocre food back. read more

Double or Nothing Pizza is a GREAT place for pizza and priced really well. The pizzas are made with good quality ingredients and the they are very consistent. They have so many options for specialty pizzas too, but my favorite is the deluxe. The staff is really friendly and this is a small walk up spot. No seating so you take it to go or delivery. Affordable, tasty, and great staff... not much more you can ask for. I'd take this over most other pizza chains any day. read more

Amazing pizza, great ingredients. My wife and I ordered a pastrami sandwich and a medium pepperoni pizza and that was more than enough food for me, a hungry guy, wife and 3 year old. Pizza was really good and the cheese was really good, you can tell they have this craft down. The workers were very kind, I payed for one ranch and when asked how many I would like I did say 2 because I was thinking my daughter needed one split-second and they were kind enough to give me the 2nd one without needing me to pay for it. I felt really guilty about it after the fact but it was really nice and kind of them. I would definitely come back, as they are definitely one of those few hole-in-the-wall pizza shops left that actually make great pizza!! A classic inland empire pizza spot, growing up we use to always go to the one in ontario when it was located off Vineyard Ave and the 60FWY. Brings back good memories seeing this spot, I almost forgot about this pizza place and then lo and behold there was one and my mom and I ordered some pizzas. They always have good value with their everyday specials. Their carry out specials are also good. I usually pick up the 2 medium 2 topping deal with a 2 liter. Ham or Pepperoni and Pineapple along with Sausage and Mushroom are my go to options. Classic cheap pizzeria taste for the win. This pizza also keeps pretty well when it sits out for a few hours, which means the ingredients they use are good. It definitely survives the reheat test even on the next day from the fridge. All in all Its definitely a great nostalgic treat for me when I'm in the neighborhood. read more

Everyone is so nice and are understanding. The food is amazing as well I mostly get the cheese bread. But everything else is super good.

What could be improved is the understanding of half a topping. I could be wrong but I ordered 2XL 2 topping pizza splitting the toppings. The entire pizza with pepperoni and half mushroom and other half olives. I was charged extra toppings price extra $2 to add half of the topping. For decades I have ordered my pizza this way without being charged extra. I only get charged this way when a certain person charges you. Other times I don't get charged she says it the way she is told. Funny I get charged extra for the same amount of topping amount. Well if you have a family that likes to split toppings don't go to this place they'll charge you. On 4/9/25 my wife asked me to order a pizza for her to pick up on the way home, so I ordered from Double or Nothing online, and paid for it using a credit card. The next day I was looking at my checking account online, and I see a separate and additional charge from Double or Nothing that was charged to my wife's debit card. My wife did not order anything additional, she just picked up the pizza that I paid for with a credit card. On 4/10 I waited for them to open and as soon as they opened I went inside to speak to someone that I assume was the owner. I explained the situation, showing him copies of both transactions. He looked over all of his transactions from the previous day and found my credit card purchase, but not the other one. I explained to him that he was going to be paid that extra amount, but instead of fixing it or offering to pay me the amount in cash, he just said there's nothing that he could do. My wife's debit card has never been used to purchase anything from Double or Nothing, anytime we ordered there we used my card. The only possible explanation is that an employee somehow used a card reader to get my wife's number, other than that I have no explanation. I was watching the charge on my checking account, which was in pending status, to see if it would fall off. This morning, it went through, and now Double or Nothing has been paid a second time, and now I have to go to the bank, dispute the charge, and my wife will likely have to be issued a different debit card. I will never order from them again. Be very careful and check your accounts after ordering from them. read more

We brought home two large pizzas and some mango-habanero wings. The pizza was ready at the designated time for pick up. They arrived hot and delicious. I had my doubts about this recommendation but I am glad that I was pleasantly surprised. The cheese pull was long and tight. The crust was perfectly golden with a great ratio of ingredients making a balance bite of taste from start to finish. Now let me tell you the wings were mouth watering twist of sweet and spicy. Spurred by my teenage son's excited reports of Double or Nothing pies devoured at prior overnight visits to their beloved cousins in Chino, I gamely have procured three different orders from this restaurant during the past 18 or so months. Our first trip the pies were [surprisingly] pretty good. Fresh cheeses, crisp veggies, perfectly spiced discs of pepperoni. Call it four stars . Our second trip inspired me to imagine the REAL source of the restaurant's moniker. Lol. The dough was thinner, more cracker like than legitimate canvas for Italian-inspired toppings. This time the meats were old, limp, glistening with too much fatty sheen and borderline rotten. Ditto for the cheese. Disgusted, I divided mine up among our dogs and heated up a Stouffer's French Bread pizza. Nonplussed, my teenagers ate theirs. Call it one star . We avoided patronizing DON for over a year then recently ordered takeout on our way home after running errands in the general vicinity of the restaurant. While my boys raved about their pizza, I once again found mine to be vile. Same old, stale ingredients (limp onions, mealy mushrooms, Canadian bacon so old it must've arrived via sled dog!). For somehow serving a good pepperoni pizza to my kids while turning out mine w/ tired old stale toppings proved my suspicion: Double or Nothing does the basics, like churning out pepperoni pies for hungry teens, just fine. Never ever ever ordering from this place again! The driver didn't knock and left my pizza on the floor on top of an ant pile! When I called to let them know what happened they didn't care at all! I told them the food is untouched and I had photos of the ants but they didn't offer to replace it or anything! Well, I thought I'd give Double or Nothing Pizza another go since they provided me with a wonderful meal last time (just last week lol) and I also wanted the yummy leftovers to take for lunch at work! I'm telling ya.. This place delivered another satisfying tasty dinner AGAIN!! BOOM KANANI!!! The spicy buffalo hot wings were large meaty chicken wings that were made deliciously!! This place got connections to healthy chickens! Wanted pizza late at night, think it was around 11 or 1130. According to yelp this place was open till midnight and they were close by so we decided to give it a try. When we arrived the store hours said they close at 11 but they were in fact sill open. When we were ordering the lady said they only had pepperoni, I imagine they had already started cleaning up and put everything away, I reluctantly said that's fine. As I was about to pay she asked me what we were going to get and then for some reason agreed to make it so we got a combination hold the olives. Not sure why she decided to make it but I won't complain. Pizza came out in a timely manner, like 10-15 mins I think. It was your standard fast food pizza. Cooked in a conveyor belt oven, oily, nothing exceptional but not terrible. I think it was slightly underdone but that may just be a personal preference. All in all it was okay. I most likely won't be returning simply because it wasn't my type if pizza. Solid pizza for the price though. read more
