We got a small pizza with 2 toppings, plain wings, and cheese bread. The marinara sauce that we dipped the cheese bread in was pretty bland, but everything else was good! They have a good ranch. We liked the atmosphere and will definitely be back, but probably not play the claw games again. I spent $10 on the games too but they were either broken or rigged which I should e expected as most claw machines are. The claw in the rubber toy machine didn't even open a single time when we played it and the fingers on the claws in one of the stuffed animal machines are so thin that the stuffed animals will drop out almost no matter what. My husband and I heard about this restaurant and decided to check it out. Monique was at the counter when we walked in and was super helpful and friendly. She told us all about their specials. They have great specials for larger groups. We ordered a medium pizza (half with pepperoni and olives and the other half with sausage and mushrooms) and a small antipasto salad. We ended or ordering Company Special pizza and 12 piece wings (buffalo) and beer tower with 805 beer. Toppings on the pizza was very generous portions. Because I know with chain places they don't put as much toppings. Taste of the pizza was great and same goes for wings. I think my friend had said sometimes they have coupons through delivery places so its worth it to take advantage of that deal. I personally like to eat my pizza hot and there so I will revisit them. Their customer service is not an issue but they are using a third party delivery company. I order from their website directly always. They no longer have their own drivers. I had noticed that I was getting a third party deliver my order but then I would see the regular driver guy. They are now only using a third party delivery company. I received a text from DoorDash that my order would be delayed. I waited and waited my order never arrived. I never received a message from DoorDash nor did Pomona pizza Co call me about my order. I called and waited for them to figure out that my order was not going to be delivered to me. I ended up going in to pick up my order they had to remake and they refunded me. It turned out that the driver picked up the order and canceled it himself. The issue is I was never notified about my order. Just something to be aware of if you are planning to order delivery. This Famous Pizza Chains manages to keep the taste consistent no matter if I'm in Hacienda Heights visiting my son or in Pomona my new home. My girlfriend went to pick up the pizza. She said the restaurant was like a Dave and Busters atmosphere. And we called 20 min ahead of time when she got there the pizza was hot and ready to eat. It was. My first pizza i had living in Pomona just a heads up. It has been raining the last three weeks so we have been stuck in side eating at home. This was our first take out in Pomona Again this is a heads up for new comers to the area. Grubhub does not apply out here. Grubhub is more for city living. Have not tried ubereats but i can imagine it's expensive. A local ride to holt phone street from my house on a Lyft cost 10 bucks. I guess this is suburban living. Only place that delivers out here is Door Dash. I recommend getting the monthly npass if you eat out a lot. And everything is close to Pomona but far to go pick up. We're in LA but so far from lLA I feel like I'm in the I E. Great place to live. But expensive with out a car. read more
