My nails looked better BEFORE I got them done here and I spent $60 on a fill-in after tip! I went in with perfectly square straight nails, slightly rounded corners, and they look AWFUL now! Several are crooked. Sides are filed too narrow. Some are square, others square-round. She was too fast & the acrylic is too thin in places & edges starting to chip in less than 24 hrs. A cpl nails look ok but No 2 nails look the same. Now I need to soak off & get a new set, 1 day later! Not happy!

I was so excited to see the remodel that they recently did! I have been going to Talent Nails for…read moreyears and NEVER had an issue or bad experience...until today! Upon entering, I was greeted and asked to sign in...no problem...until the page that asked for my age! I am a senior citizen and I didn't feel it was necessary, so I ask the man that greeted me if I can skip that, instead of answering, he came around and finished my sign in and chose some options without asking what I wanted. Picked my color, sat in the chair for my pedicure and noticed the music that was playing...it was vulgar and offensive with MANY inappropriate words for a public place and I was not impressed and felt the music was very offensive and not suitable for a nail spa where people come to relax. I asked the nail tech to cut my toenails short...then during the pedicure I had to ask 3 more times to cut them shorter and that they were not cut straight. I decided that I would ask the lady sitting next to me how she felt about the music, she said she wasn't paying attention BUT, the owner, who was doing that lady's pedicure, said she didn't like the music either!! WHAT!? Proceeded to get my manicure and the same pedicure nail tech, cut my fingernails to the length I requested...great! Then she pulled out the nail tip box...wait...that's not what I wanted and explained that I only wanted gel polish. The owner heard me and came over and proceeded to explain the process and differences in the service. I repeated multiple times that all I wanted was to get my nails painted with gel polish. She continued to explain...it totally stressed me out and I let the nail tech know that I wasn't finishing the fingernails and wanted to pay and leave! Again, I had been going there for YEARS, but terrible experience this time, felt pressured to upgrade the service and this was totally not what I expected!

We arrived and within ten minutes, my pedicure had started and my daughter was asked to pick out her colors. The pedicure was nice. No bells and whistles but I enjoyed it. Okay so immediately coming in and being sat down for our 11am appointment. I asked them if they…read morecould do the design I wanted and I got told yes. It was a pink and white flower French tips on my toes. They never did the pink and they didn't know how to do the flower..another employee came and redid them for me and it still wasn't like the picture, but they still look nice. Next, I had my nails done and it was rushed. A few nails are crooked and I mentioned that before acrylic was applied and I was told it would be fixed. I then asked if they could do the design and was told yes but when it came down to my nails I was told no because they didn't have time. There's air bubbles and thick layers of "goop/glue" on my nails so they don't look very clean. If they weren't so in a rush then I don't doubt my nails would look very polished. They're still cute, that's just my only complains. They were very kind and sweet to me but my mother didn't receive the same service. Her nails were also rushed and the lady who did them cut her skin like around her cuticles and under her nails and then the gel nail polish she did was goopy and just put on. Some sides were flatter than others and some nails had see through spots of her real nail bed because the gel wasn't distributed properly. My mother had kindly said something and the lady kept telling her to "wash her hands" and that's what she did. At the end of the service my moms finger was bleeding from being cut and she asked the guy who did my nails If she could have a refund and he told her he'll have to ask the lady who did her nails. He asked the lady and she came up to my mom and started SCREAMING at her for asking for it. She ended up getting her refund but terrible customer service. I also don't know why they take appointments if you're not going to be priority. They would often time stop doing my nails to go help a customer in the MIDDLE of MY appointment that we booked. Would I recommend service? No. While SOME are nice only ONE guy is skilled and that's the one who did my nails.
