While I saw some improvement, it never lasted very long. I was little reluctance with both Covid and having someone touching me, but I needed relief from the pain. I did a google search and found several in my area. Before contacting, I drove by the locations. Most looked a little questionable from the outside. Then I found Restoration Massage and Reflexology. While looking small from the outside, the building is much deeper than I would have imagined. Beside the front waiting area, there are two large rooms for therapy that are very clean and well kept inside. The therapist have been very professional and knowledgeable. They create a very relaxed atmosphere and that allowed me to ease into the therapy. Much to my delight, I am very, very happy with the results.

This is located at the west end of Avon in the basement of an office complex. I had messages Kristin and asked several questions. I booked my appointment online and showed up for my appointment. Prior to my appointment I did the client intake form. When I arrived I was greeted and we went over what my needs were for the day and what to expect out of my appointment. I undressed in the massage room which was decorated beautifully and the table had great bedding. Kristin talked me through the entire cupping process and took it slow. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. We had some extra time left over so I had let her know my neck was tight and she worked on this. I will come back to do more cupping and also use her reiki service. Her prices are very reasonable and she makes you feel comfortable right away.

(This makes me feel all sorts of feelings! Why can't things stay the same and continue forever and ever?) However, nothing is forever, darling. I now see another amazing massage therapist at Indy Massage Company named Matthew. He is pretty great, and I look forward to relaxing on his table each month at IMC. He is intuitive and firm yet incredibly gentle, and I'm able to just surrender and let him work his magic. I've mostly only booked Swedish massages with him, but one time I booked a longer session where he really worked out the muscles in my upper back and shoulders, which really needed attention. Indy Massage Company is one of my favorite places in Indy, and I continue to love visiting this place when I can.
