I thought about how I wanted to review my haircut for a few days and the more I think and look at it, the more I get mad. Now, the haircut wouldn't have been that bad if it wasn't the fact the my hair is one inch longer on one side!!! My bangs were okay but I didn't like them. I didn't really like them when I was there either but the stylist did a great job blowing them out but when I got them home and I washed them they were way too short and blunt! I now have to style them everyday till they grow out a bit. I showed a video of what I wanted but she went more off the first picture I showed in what I wanted for thickness of the bangs. That was my fault though but I swear I was very clear. I tried to have it all fixed but she was busy which I understand and I had asked if anyone there could fix my hair but it had to be her I guess but I was leaving town before they opened again. Let me state there were stylist available that day I called with openings. I didn't care who fixed it and I was will to pay for a bang cut but all I got was she'll call you. Well she did call at the end of the day and I was driving so I couldn't answer. No message, nothing though! That's terrible customer service!!! At the end of the day it's hair and it will grow back but if I were to recommend this place to others that would be a definite NO!! Go somewhere where their stylist have better skills and a higher level of professionalism. I should have known better that the few one star reviews that they had, should have been a red flag. Even while I was there they were talking about how the one star people were crazy mental people but now I'm not too sure about that. read more

Thought this would be a great experience. Nope Went in for cut and color. Color is good but a hair cut- avoid at all cost. Screwed up my a-line then. Went back after Chrissie acknowledge she had an off day and just made it worse. Chucks are missing and she let me leave like that knowing it was bad. What professional stylist let's you leave their chair knowing you jacked up their hair. Gave her a second chance to fix it. - omg worse decision I've ever made aside from going there in the first place. I'm stuck in a hair cut that's like a bad Halloween costume I can't get out of. Blending with thinning shears, chunks of hair missing- this is not sassy this is not spunky it looks like a 5 year old hacked at it. I paid TWICE. It's so jacked up and her reasoning I have all these cowlicks and you just don't know till you get in there. I've had this head for 40+ years and no one had ever gave such BS excuses for screwing up TWICE!!!! Best advise. Don't go to this salon or stylist. My pictures are proof. read more

Beautiful salon! The shampoo bowls are in a separate room, with the most comfortable chairs! No strain on your neck at all! The salon itself is super clean and the owner, Chrissie, is so kind and knowledgeable. She uses Davines product exclusively and I personally won't go to a salon who doesn't use their color line (it is amazing and so shiny!) The other HUGE plus to this salon is the lighting... they hired some lighting experts to come in and replicate natural light! So, no more loving your color in the salon and then going home, or even just outside, and having something totally different. So much heart and soul and a lot of thought has really gone into this salon and it shows! Can't say enough good things about this salon! read more

Chrissie has been doing my hair for years (prior to her opening her own salon). She does a fantastic job of hair coloring; I try different colors and I have never been disappointed! Personable, professional and great service. I wouldn't let anyone else touch my hair. Love the mini facials - very relaxing. I would highly recommend her salon.
