I now see another amazing massage therapist at Indy Massage Company named Matthew. He is pretty great, and I look forward to relaxing on his table each month at IMC. He is intuitive and firm yet incredibly gentle, and I'm able to just surrender and let him work his magic. Let me just say that I am always adamant about tipping, I myself am a server and understand how important it is to tip, but I would never treat a customer/client like this. Also, I've never heard someone give a "suggested tip amount" and then claim that it was mandatory??!! We called from another number and when they picked up they were very unprofessional and threatened to charge 100%? This business is obviously struggling. They can't employ professionals, nor make money apparently if they are trying these tactics.
