I hesitate to write this comment as the massage itself that I had in September was ok even though I didn't care for the cupping. On November 7, 2018 I texted Monique to see how much time I still had on the books. According to my calculations of what I had paid for the Groupon and the additional amount she had me send by check, I had 2.5 hours available. I live in California so I need to make plans well in advance for an appointment with her. There was no response to my text message on November 7 so I texted again on 11/12, 11/14 and 11/17 - no response to any of the texts. Finally today I decided to call her instead of texting since it had been over three weeks with no communication. She answered the phone not knowing it was me and immediately had all kinds of excuses about her phone having problems and missing calls etc. etc. etc. She quickly corrected me when I told her I still had 2.5 hours available - no it's 1.5 hours (according to her) - and when I told her I would be in Indy the first week in January (no appointments available until February) so obviously she had read each text or she wouldn't have had such quick answers. It is unfortunate that she has chosen to ignore the fact that I've paid for these services yet she doesn't feel she needs to fulfill her obligation to provide the service. BUYER BEWARE....don't pay for ANY service in any form of payment before you receive the service you want. This is extremely poor business practice. Lesson learned :( read more
