Unfortunately, just a couple of weeks ago, my husband was involved in a car accident resulting in some fractures in the hip area and now causing unbearable pain in this right foot. Therefore, we called the place up and did a walk-in today. Registering as a new patient was a breeze, just one simple form and a signature did the trick. No one else were in line so we were seen right away. Doctor was friendly and were on point in all of our concerns and main worries. He even taught us that if we wanted have a speedy recovery to always remember the word RICE. What? I'm Chinese, I love rice! Lol. R- Rest I- Ice C- Compress E- Elevate

Medicare paid but they are double charging them for services. I have given up on trying to get them to adjust and correct their bills to me, leaving it up to medicare.

Stay away from Brooklyn Podiatry Associates. I purchased a LivingSocial voucher for laser toe…read morefungus removal for $50 that advertised a promotional value of $800, a 94% discount! So I bought it in hopes of having $800 worth of laser work done at steep discount. Seems too good to pass up right? When I arrived at their location I was told that the treatment I was going to receive really only cost $75-$150 (depending on which person I was talking to, seems like they just make prices up on the spot). So, instead of a 94% discount, I was really only receiving a 33% discount. Had I known this, I wouldn't have bothered to purchase this because it's really not that great of a deal. The staff were pleasant enough during my visit although the equipment used was extremely old looking and couldn't possibly have been the latest available (as I would've thought for a procedure ordinarily costing $800). When I called back the next day to confront them about this huge difference in what is advertised and what is delivered, the staff member was extremely rude, defensive, and hung up on me before we even finished the conversation. All I can say is, do not go to this shady business. Their only aim is to offer shoddy service while misleading their customers into thinking they're getting a great deal when the reality is much, much different.

He kept asking the same question over and over and was sweating profusely. I bought the topical solution that the doctor recommended from them of course It was another $20 cash....but I am seriously going to reconsider going back to them unless I see a marked difference in my toenails . In addition they had a lot of security cameras there but they had security cameras also in the examination rooms which I honestly thought was against HIPPA laws. I'm probably now starring in a 6 minute foot fetish video on X tube .
