From arrival with the charming Christiana at reception to treatment and after service, it is a complete pleasure coming here. We discussed my foot issues and she suggested an initial treatment course of stretching and that I should make a follow up appointment to get medical imaging. I suspect this was to increase my number of visits for financial gain. I had a secondary issue that she was supposed to send in to a lab for results. I was never contacted with the results. I had to chase them down for weeks to get the doctor to call with the "results." I honestly suspect she never sent the samples in and was guessing. She gave me three vague, possible explanations for what came back in the results. Serious medical malpractice going on.

I went to another podiatrist in the neighborhood who gave me cotton stick on metatarsal pads at no additional cost. They have helped immensely. I wear them in all my shoes. Metarsalgia, I've come to understand is such a common problem. He should have been the first one to give me the cotton pads. I didn't need to be taken for a ride.
