Hey Fellow Yelpers:…read more I feel this is very necessary.. for me.. to share a brief experience with the above mentioned' I had a nail that became deformed and was painful! I scheduled an appointment with the office Unfortunately.. due to a viral infection.. I had to reschedule a couple days later. Needless to say.. I finally arrived @ the doctor's office.. and the receptionist advised me.. they contacted me.. due to a cancellation of the appointment! However.. No One Bothered To Call! So therefore.. I not only paid round trip for car service' I was indeed inconvenienced by the lack of professionalism Also.. as soon.. as I entered I noticed it was dark dreary.. with a dingy atmosphere! I'm almost glad I didn't have my medical needs addressed in that awful environment." There are so many other Podiatrist's'. in Bayridge! I'd never return to such a disorganized place of business." Nonetheless.. I've scheduled an appointment with a very known and respected..Doctor' in the area! for next Monday'. I am sure..I will have a more productive outcome elsewhere. Thanks for reading my blog.' Stay safe.

Stay away from Brooklyn Podiatry Associates. I purchased a LivingSocial voucher for laser toe…read morefungus removal for $50 that advertised a promotional value of $800, a 94% discount! So I bought it in hopes of having $800 worth of laser work done at steep discount. Seems too good to pass up right? When I arrived at their location I was told that the treatment I was going to receive really only cost $75-$150 (depending on which person I was talking to, seems like they just make prices up on the spot). So, instead of a 94% discount, I was really only receiving a 33% discount. Had I known this, I wouldn't have bothered to purchase this because it's really not that great of a deal. The staff were pleasant enough during my visit although the equipment used was extremely old looking and couldn't possibly have been the latest available (as I would've thought for a procedure ordinarily costing $800). When I called back the next day to confront them about this huge difference in what is advertised and what is delivered, the staff member was extremely rude, defensive, and hung up on me before we even finished the conversation. All I can say is, do not go to this shady business. Their only aim is to offer shoddy service while misleading their customers into thinking they're getting a great deal when the reality is much, much different.

He kept asking the same question over and over and was sweating profusely. I bought the topical solution that the doctor recommended from them of course It was another $20 cash....but I am seriously going to reconsider going back to them unless I see a marked difference in my toenails . In addition they had a lot of security cameras there but they had security cameras also in the examination rooms which I honestly thought was against HIPPA laws. I'm probably now starring in a 6 minute foot fetish video on X tube .

This was very important to me as my mom was coming here too! No worries here and Kudos to Dr. Einhorn and the staff! I was very impressed with Dr. Jill's thoroughness. She very gently removed all my callouses and asked me every step of the way if she was hurting me. Nothing she did hurt. Dr. Jill has a terrific and super friendly bedside manner, which put me right at ease. The staff are very friendly and professional and the office is immaculate. I love finding great doctors and staff! Oh and my mom was very impressed too! Highly recommend.

I then waited for an hour to be seen only for the receptionist to be extremely rude to me. I was eventually taken into one of the rooms only to wait another 45 minutes - I literally had to come out and check multiple times and each time the receptionist gave me attitude. The doctor saw me for 30 minutes and then sent me somewhere else to get tests done. When I called to make a follow up appointment the receptionist said the doctor would be out of the office for over two weeks, mind you I can't walk right now until he sees me again. Then a few days later I find an appointment with a different doctor in that office and book it. When I show up no one is there and they don't answer the phone for 20 minutes where I finally connect with someone she stella me that the doctor decided he wanted to leave early for the day and I could come back another time if I wanted.

Let me start by saying Dr. Stuto is very professional very friendly and very likable!…read more So why the one star!? This review is solely based on the unprofessional disrespectful front desk ladies! OK So let's talk about it! I came into the office on October 18th seen the doc everything went great. He put In a order for orthopedics. I told the front lady about it. She like great I'll give your insurance a call today meaning on the 18th but that didn't happen! Weeks go by my feet are hurting and my knees are starting to cave-in. I called the office November 5th One of the ladies take a message and said she'll leave a note and have her call me back When she arrives at 2 PM I didn't get that phone call! So I called my insurance to see if the order was put in. Nope! no order put in. so I called back the next day November6 now this receptionist said oh she only works on Friday! And she didn't leave a note! Okay! At this point I ask to speak to the doctor, told him It's going on 3 weeks now and I'm still waiting for The receptionist to just make a PHONE CALL!! he said he will handle it I finally get a phone call November 8th from the receptionist with so much aggression in her voice! Telling me she was sick for three weeks and that I'm not the only patient! Wow ok! So I asked her to put the doctor on the phone she put me on hold for about six minutes comes back and said he's busy then her tone changed it went from very hostile to apologetic to she's going to try to do the best she can then to shes sorry! At that point she knew she was out of line! She made the call 3 weeks later! On November 8th! How do I know.. my Insurance told me and it was approved the same day she made the call Fast forward to today! I am in the office on time as away a lady gets there after me but she goes before me I get up and I ask what's going on and tell her the time of my appointment she gives me a very vague and dismissive response I go and sit back down at this point I'm waiting for an hour now it happens again a guy that came after me was called she tries to play me like I'm stupid and say there are different doctors for different people but me and the guy are there to see the same doctor so how was he being called before me so I ask how many people are ahead of me because clearly I was here before everyone she turns her back to me and continue to do what she was doing I ask to speak to the doctor She waits about two minutes before she call his name out just three steps away from her in a different room he comes out and I explain to him what happened! Then she jumps in and tries to over talk me then she whispered to the doctor and told him I was rude to a lady on the phone but what she didn't know is all my phone calls are recorded! So not only are you a liar you're a disgusting disrespectful unprofessional worker! These front desk ladies are bad for business! They do not represent the doctor very well! Next step is HR! Learn how to talk to people!!!
