Therefore, we called the place up and did a walk-in today. Registering as a new patient was a breeze, just one simple form and a signature did the trick. No one else were in line so we were seen right away. Doctor was friendly and were on point in all of our concerns and main worries. So I bought it in hopes of having $800 worth of laser work done at steep discount. Seems too good to pass up right? When I arrived at their location I was told that the treatment I was going to receive really only cost $75-$150 (depending on which person I was talking to, seems like they just make prices up on the spot). So, instead of a 94% discount, I was really only receiving a 33% discount. Had I known this, I wouldn't have bothered to purchase this because it's really not that great of a deal. The staff were pleasant enough during my visit although the equipment used was extremely old looking and couldn't possibly have been the latest available (as I would've thought for a procedure ordinarily costing $800). When I called back the next day to confront them about this huge difference in what is advertised and what is delivered, the staff member was extremely rude, defensive, and hung up on me before we even finished the conversation. All I can say is, do not go to this shady business. Their only aim is to offer shoddy service while misleading their customers into thinking they're getting a great deal when the reality is much, much different.

First off they are spacing out the appointments and completely complying with mask wearing and social distancing. I mention this because many other places aren't doing such a great job. This was very important to me as my mom was coming here too! No worries here and Kudos to Dr. Einhorn and the staff! I was very impressed with Dr. Jill's thoroughness. She very gently removed all my callouses and asked me every step of the way if she was hurting me. Nothing she did hurt. Dr. Jill has a terrific and super friendly bedside manner, which put me right at ease. The staff are very friendly and professional and the office is immaculate.
