Dr Nagelberg is one of the most personable and professional doctors I have ever been to. From arrival with the charming Christiana at reception to treatment and after service, it is a complete pleasure coming here. Dr Nagelberg's exercise recommendations and sound advice combined with the treatment have definitely improved my condition to almost healed. I wish I could continue treatment here until completely healed but am moving overseas soon, I just hope I can find another Dr as good as this. Highly recommend!

Staff is great as well calling immediately after making appointment to let me know of a deductible. The office is spacious - it can use a remodel or touch up but that definitely WILL NOT deter me from coming back - I will continue my care with Dr. Zane!

Bizarre, scammy medical office. They overbook for appointments. When I arrived for my 1 PM…read moreappointment, the waiting room was full - standing room only. I had to wait over an hour past my appointment time to see the doctor. The doctor is kind, and apologized for the wait, but at that point the damage was done. We discussed my foot issues and she suggested an initial treatment course of stretching and that I should make a follow up appointment to get medical imaging. I suspect this was to increase my number of visits for financial gain. I had a secondary issue that she was supposed to send in to a lab for results. I was never contacted with the results. I had to chase them down for weeks to get the doctor to call with the "results." I honestly suspect she never sent the samples in and was guessing. She gave me three vague, possible explanations for what came back in the results. Serious medical malpractice going on.

I caught a foot condition from…read morebeing barefoot in a martial arts class and it was very clear what the condition was once I did some research (there was a guy in class with terrible-smelling feet that overwhelmed the entire room.) I asked for a test and oral medicine to ensure the condition didn't spread and was eradicated completely. The doctor denied both the test and the medicine and suggested the OTCs I was already using because she "didn't see anything". Meanwhile my feet were getting burning sensations that only started AFTER the class where I was barefoot. I never had that before in my life. The condition went away then came back and I AGAIN contacted this office asking for oral medication or, at least, a test so that I couldn't be denied the oral medication I wanted. Again, both were denied and the doctor prescribed a topical medication that didn't work. So, suffice it to say, I won't be returning to this office. I've spent more money and been exposed to way more medication-toxins than I would have been if the office had just honored my original request.

My wife had a problem last summer and he quickly was able to find out what was wrong and come up with a treatment plan. The same thing happened to me in June. Long story but the black and blue on my right foot was a minor injury and not broken bones or worse and I was 100% within a couple of weeks. Great doctor, who explains everything, and a fine staff.

(the ONLY reason for seeking treatment and enduring months of pain...) during post surgery visits i would ask - repeatedly - if my big toe would be "straight" and the bunions would not "be there" after the swelling subsided. that ***never*** happened. the bunions remain and have gotten worse. comparing my experience to others' where they had the same/similar surgery and the result was bunion 'removal', yet mine are noticeably worse than before, i recommend a different physician for this procedure if you want success. Dr. Clarke was just great, spending plenty of time asking questions about my condition and explaining what was going on. She talked a good deal about running and suggested what kind of shoes I should buy, then specially modified some cushioning insoles for me, hand-cutting some little foam-things to provide extra padding where I needed it. She seemed quite knowledgeable and the whole thing was a very pleasant experience.
