Our Stuff didn't need climate controlled storage so we found Desert Highlands Mini Storage. I spoke on the phone with the manager, Alanna, and I was Extremely Satisfied with her assistance ! After discussing our Dilemma with her, she assured me that she would find the Perfect Unit for our needs so that our PODS container would not interfere with Other Patrons ! She was Absolutely Spot On !! When my husband and I arrived, we had the honor of meeting Alanna and she showed us the Unit She Chose for us Which is 1/2 the Price we were paying for our PODS Unit ! Our PODS Unit was delivered expertly, my husband and I Unloaded it, moving it into the Fixed Unit at Desert Highlands and later that afternoon the PODS unit was Picked up ! It was a Perfect Day for us and we cannot say enough Great Things about this MinI Storage Facility ! Great Management and Totally Secure ! That being said it is exteremly well kept, clean and in good overall condition. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The overall experience was great. My only comment is I wish the gate hours were a little more extensive. I think they are probably set the same as the office hours for security reasons.

We have not had an issue with anything thus far in terms of payment, communication and storage in general. The facility is fully fenced in with a cinderblock wall about 8-9 ft tall (maybe taller) and a security gate, of which they give you a specific code to enter. Online setup, payment and cancellation available. Outdoor RV parking is available. Trees available for shade vs parking covers.
