Under new management, this place has definitely improved. Despite the extra charge if you pay by credit card, we've had good service and treats. Recently, our town's Girl Scouts troop had an ice cream cake decorating class at Dairy Queen where they each had their own 8-inch to decorate and take home. The staff members who helped out did a great job. The room where the class was held was sizable and clean, as well as their bathrooms. Definitely a nice place to hold a private event like that or even a birthday party.

For a dessert at that price point, I expected something that at least resembled a full sundae. I understand that restaurants have different pricing structures and presentations, and I don't mind paying premium prices when the quality and portion justify the cost. However, what I received felt completely out of proportion to the price charged. It was disappointing to spend $17 on a dessert and leave feeling like I had barely been served anything at all. The ice cream itself may have been fine, but the value simply wasn't there. A sundae should feel like a treat, not a sample. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I hope management takes a closer look at the portion sizes being served because this experience did not meet expectations.

Hot day, superrr hot fiyaaaa. My eyes capture the menu from a very near and dear distance, oh, they've got their BLAST creation which is a mixture of your goods like a blizzard. Crunch? Great add. Toss it in with the M&Ms and outcomes delight. A critique on Dairy Queen is that it's often actually too cold and too hard. That's where the blast differs. Creamier but not so far to say a custard. Nice vanilla flavor. A boatload of mix-ins. Literal boat load I saw the pontoon in the back, love a place committing to a bit. And the nice thing about this concoction was that it was still cold but oh so runny. Almost a hybrid milkshake consistency. Loved it. The service is typically enthusiastic, though sometimes slow depending on how busy they are. Pro tip: I like to stock up on their gift card bonus offers, or you can purchase at Costco for discount rates to make the treat more worthwhile. Baffled by the lack of milkshake in the cup, I asked the employee if this was my small milkshake he confirmed it was. I think I finally found a spot where I can confidently get good pasta AND dessert. My partner and I stopped in this week, and we were immediately met with cool, industrial-style decor and a BOMB playlist. The staff was super friendly and helped a lot with specials and recommendations, as it was our first time. For drinks, we started with a Fig & Melon cocktail and their Old Fashioned. Both were great, but I think the old-fashioned wins over the Fig & Melon. It's smoky and sweet, while the F&M was citrusy and refreshing. To start, we ordered the Mozzarella Sticks Di Bar Mutz with Mutz Hot Honey & Sour Milk. Personally, I am tired of hot honey on everything, haha, so this wasn't for me. If they served it on the side first vs drizzled on top, I probably would have enjoyed it more, as the mozz sticks alone were delicious. The breading was more like a garlic bread than the traditional coating. It also comes with extra hot honey on the side. For our mains, we shared the Spicy Rig and Trottole. Again, both are really good, but the Trottole was the CLEAR winner. The short rib was rich, and the overall dish was perfect for the savory lover like me. The Spicy Rig was lighter, and the bite of pasta with basil was excellent. For dessert, we ordered the mile high espresso martini, affogato martini, which had ice cream they make in-house, and the Samoas cheesecake. Every single thing was delicious! It's a good problem to have when you're dining somewhere, and you're battling it out for who has the best dish. Can't wait to come back and bring friends!

I like the open concept kitchen and the music was definitely on point. However , the food was mostly disappointing , I would say. The mozzarella delicious. Butter cake delicious. But all three pastas that we ordered were definitely not worth the price. I was really excited for the spicy rigatoni that I got and I asked the guy how spicy it was. And he said, 2 out of 10, but when I got it, it was definitely 0 out of 10 spicy. He said too many people complained about the spice level. So they dumbed it down, but it just tasted like tomato sauce with no spice at all. Unfortunate. There were a couple of other appetizers or things on the menu I would be willing to try, but I won't be running back to this spot anytime soon. Especially since it was a good distance away from me.
