But the team here did everything they could to troubleshoot and help which was refreshing, and they were honest when it was time to give up. Ended up starting from scratch (after a healing period) with all new piercings which have all worked out beautifully! Instead of helping a nervous first-time customer he made us feel like our questions were an inconvenience. His behavior alone was enough to lose a customer. You can say what you want, but based on how we were treated, I believe we experienced racial bias. Whether you agree or not, that's how the interaction made us feel, and it was unacceptable.

On June 28, 2025, we visited this store to have a broken chain fixed. While we were there, the…read moreowner, Danny offered to clean our rings for free. We appreciated the gesture at the time. However, that evening my sister noticed something unusual with her ring. One of the melee diamonds no longer sparkled and had a visible line across it. She was able to clearly see the damage with the naked eye, and she sent me photos where I could immediately identify the broken stone. When I saw her ring, that broken diamond is very obvious. We took the ring to a reputable jewelry repair shop for a second opinion. He confirmed the damage and provided a written estimate of $80 for the repair. We returned to speak with Danny in hopes of understanding what might have happened during the cleaning process. Unfortunately, he was dismissive and insisted that my sister must have caused the damage herself. This explanation didn't make sense to us--she wears this ring daily, did not take off her finger only when she tried to examine the diamond, and it has never dropped it or exposed it to anything sharp that could cause such damage. The diamonds are high-quality and were in excellent condition prior to the cleaning. We also asked to review security footage from that day, but Danny told us all the cameras in the store were fake, which raised further concern. The ring was out of our sight for approximately 20 minutes during the cleaning, and we believe the damage may have occurred during that time. While accidents can happen, what was most disappointing was the way the situation was handled. We felt dismissed and disrespected when all we wanted was a fair explanation. We're now left with a damaged ring and no accountability from the business. We have reason to believe the damage was not accidental, but the result of improper handling or even worse intentional damaged by Danny. I'm sharing this to caution others who may consider using this store for any jewelry services.

From the very first message, the entire experience was incredibly smooth and pleasant. MJ was highly communicative leading up to our appointment date. I had a lot of ideas, and she was extremely patient and accommodating as we went back and forth on styles. She even had me come in for a quick, in-person consultation beforehand, which was fantastic because it made collaborating and aligning our visions face-to-face so much easier. On the day of the session, the process was amazing. MJ constantly checked in to ensure I was comfortable. She has a remarkably light hand, there were moments where it felt like nothing at all.
