This positive review for John. I couldn't be happier with my new tattoo done by this amazing…read moreartist! From the very first consultation to the final touch-up, the entire experience was professional, comfortable, and stress‑free. The artist took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offered great suggestions, and turned my idea into a design that was even better than I imagined. The linework is clean, precise, and super detailed; the shading is smooth and natural, and the overall composition is perfect. During the session, the artist was gentle, patient, and checked in on me regularly to make sure I was okay. The studio was clean, hygienic, and had a really relaxed atmosphere. I'm absolutely in love with the result. It's beautiful, meaningful, and done with so much skill. I highly recommend this artist to anyone looking for a talented, reliable, and caring tattooist. I will definitely be coming back for my next piece!

Found a few that I liked and went in to get one done. Immediately felt good vibes from the place and was greeted as soon as I entered by MJ. She is the one who did my tattoo and from start to finish it was about 30-45:minutes. It takes alot for me to feel like I get good vibes from someone and I felt like she did a good job. The location was super clean and professional looking. I'm sure this is a respect thing for other artists, but the one I wanted, the artist wasn't there and she woman at the front said artists prefer to not do work from other artists, which I get and it saved me a few hundred from the one I originally wanted. Next time I'm in the area I'm sure I'll come back for something small. Def recommend and thank you MJ!

I already had an idea about the size and placement but he gave me the advice to make it a bit bigger to really make the tattoo look better and I'm glad I took his advice. He made sure to take the time to ensure proper placement. The shop itself is very clean and had a very chill vibe. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get a tattoo. The entire staff is very helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable, especially since I wanted to make sure I got quality work done, I am willing to pay for it. Will be coming back for sure. Again, shot out to Chris for the amazing job he did and look forward to having him do more tattoos for me.

I'm giving two stars because truly one of the tattoos I got here was absoloutely amazing, and…read moreeverything I could of dreamed of. But it went south from there. I did need to cancel my original appointment early the morning a day prior due to being ill with GG, and I was informed I would need to place another deposit. I agreed and specifically asked whether that additional deposit would apply toward the tattoo, and I was told that it would. When I arrived for the rescheduled appointment, I was told it did not apply and that this had been communicated via text. After reviewing the messages, I did not see that clarification reflected. I did not argue because I respected her and complied. I also want to note that I was not made aware of any written shop policy regarding deposits in this situation. Based on the wording of the conversation, it came across that the additional deposit was for accountability due to the late cancellation, rather than that the original deposit would no longer count toward the tattoo. It's also worth mentioning that policy isn't anywhere nor was communicated to me. During the session, the artist stopped partway through because she wasn't feeling well, which I completely understand and respect. However, once the tattoo healed (it has now been over a month), I noticed visible shakiness in the linework, inconsistent line weight, and areas of blowout that were not apparent initially. I want to be clear that I genuinely love the tattoo concept itself, my concern is specifically with the execution. I paid a significant amount for the piece, and while I am not seeking a refund, as nice as that'd be, I was disappointed by the technical quality of the finished linework. Especially receiving a tattoo from this artist before and it being absoloutely amazing. So trust was broken there as well. As it healed I didn't really notice at first how poorly done it was. So later, when I reached out to book my next tattoo, I did not receive a response and noticed I was blocked from viewing the artist's stories, which made the lack of communication feel exclusionary and unprofessional. My intention in this review isn't to place blame, but to ask for acknowledgment. I value transparency, especially with permanent work. I paid quite a bit for very very poorly done healed work. It ended up being over $250+.

Alex's communication was great. We were able to get an appointment time on her birthday that worked for us. He was very patient as well as supportive since this was my daughter's first tattoo. He had her take a break half way through the session which helped her. My wife wanted a smaller more simple version which he also was able to do. Everything was great and a wonderful first experience for my whole family. Thank you Alex!

UPDATE: So a while…read moreago I posted a negative review for this shop as I was extremely convinced that the tattoo I asked for was not what received . ( I will post what I wanted v what I got below). For the record the original tatoo artist was Jason, and for the record if you read this sir I still hope you step on a pile of red ants. Bare foot. Holding a cold refreshing cold beverage which you drop. From pain. F u. So I rant, post on yelp a complaint as Yelp is the real culprit here. I went to this shop based off the recommendation of yelp. Not word of mouth, or any impressive portfolio. Just local SEO and the algorithm deciding what's best in my location. For this, yelp you suck; you're over saturated, and your reviews are phony. Duh. My bad, I forgot it's 2025, stop believing media apps.duh. So eventually owner, Chris, responds stating that that's awful. He feels bad and that he would love a chance to make it right. I figure sure, why wouldn't I want to make the situation correct? Ultimately I go into the shop and tell him specifically the points I didn't agree with about the tattoo, and the points that I said I actually thought were impressive. He had decided overall the entire thing needs to be taken off and that's what he was going to do. Now I don't know this guy, but I've known a lot of people in my life, and my impression off the jump was that he's the type of person to come out the gates hard saying he can fix a problem, or find a solution for something, but he's probably not gonna do it. Give some time and he'll fizzle and not come through on his word. Overall, that's exactly what happened. I let him take the reins, and ultimately he decided that I'm too unappreciative for his offering of fixing my tatoo. The price to laser the tattoo apparently is more expensive than what I paid for the tattoo, and therefore I should be walking in with glitter shooting out my eyes with appreciation. On our first session personally I was not in a financial place to tip him, and I really didn't know if this was the type of situation to tip him. But after that first session, he's entire vibe changed and I really think it was because he did not get tipped. His vibe said, " what's in it for me." Vs "I'm doing right for the sake of right." Which is the type of person I usually do business with; ppl who go extra miles to make a customer happy. After ghosting me, and you know you were, six days no response, he then starts to bring up the word cover- up. As if the amount of sessions needed we were pursuing was ultimately moving towards a cover-up. This is so triggering to me because this is exactly why I flipped my shit the first time. Both these men decided to make decisions about what's going on my body without talking to me or getting my consent. This is not OK. If we were doing a cover-up, then we wouldn't have lasered the entire circumference of my ankle causing so much recovery on my part. We would have just done the minor edges and little things that I had talked about specifically to you like the rosebud and the banana leaf. Straight up Mr., I'm not appreciative because I didn't want more pain, so you are correct Chris, but bottom line if we were choosing a cover-up, this word should have been brought up when we first talked about the tattoo and what we're going to do in the future plan. The shop gets one star because they can't listen and for a woman's body in 2025----when she tells you what she wants and you guys make a decision about her body without talking to her and getting HER CONSENT FOR HER BODY changing the plan this is not OK.

Jason can do everything: stunning cover-ups, beautiful watercolor pieces, and all styles including American Traditional, Neo-Traditional, New School, Black and Gray, Realism, and Japanese Tattoo Style.
