When I started bleeding on my shirt he told me that I should wear a nice shirt next time AND didn't have paper towels in their bathroom. Soooo I came here because I needed help with my nose piercing. They were super nice and accommodating. It's also decorated nice and they were playing good music. *backstory* lol so previously I got my nose pierced years ago and I took it out for my old job (boooo) so it closed up. Been wanting to get it re-pierced for a while but didn't take the time to. Until recently, I was at the mall and a stand was offering nose/ear piercings with the purchase of the jewelry... so just being in the moment and having the offer in front of me I was like yes let's do it. The girl used a gun to pierce my nose (I should have seen that a red flag lol) and used a normal earring to instead of a nose ring. Later I thought about it because a few years ago when I got it done professionally (at a piercing shop) they used a needle (not a gun) and anyways long story short I found out the gun is NOT how you should pierce your nose. So after finding this out I went for professional help lmao, which is how I ended up here. Marc helped me replace the earring (that was in my nose) with the proper nose ring. He also let me know all the proper aftercare info. Highly appreciated and recommend this place! Wish I would have came here to pierce my nose in the first place! read more

I came here late on a weekday with my fingers crossed, hoping I'd be able to get help removing a piercing. Id had gotten the piercing done at another Fullerton shop 4 months before, it wouldn't heal and it was constantly bothering me. I know typically you'd need to go to the same shop to get a piercing removed but I had a bad experience there and didn't want to go back. I'm super thankful Marc helped me out and removed it for me!! I came into Beyond Kreations on 05/13/2019 on a whim because the artist I had an appointment with at a different shop bailed on me. I was initially hesitant because I like to do my research before going to a shop but yesterday I said "f it". Joshwa did my tattoo. He was very nice and accommodating during the whole process (from drawing to the actual tattooing process). He kept making sure I was okay to continue or if I needed a break. He's not heavy handed which was great for me because I'm a baby when it comes to pain. Went here to get a septum a while ago but never had yelp until now. Most horrible piercing experience i've ever gone through. Marc was my piercer. First off, he arrived 30-40 minutes late. Paid little to no attention, too focused on what was playing on the tv. Then LOST the connection between the jewelry/needle, which i understand may happen, but he was not apologetic whatsoever. He then proceeded to FORCE the jewelry in, resulting in my nose dripping blood seconds after. Obviously this made my eyes water and he just chuckled continuously while asking why I was crying so much. Do not recommend this place!! read more

I really wanted to give 5 stars because my friends and I had fun getting our spur of the moment matching tattoos here but after just 3 days, our tattoos already look horrible. The workers are nice but we didn't pay $50 for friendliness; we wanted quality tattoos. With 4.5 stars we thought this would be the best place to go. One of us got the tattoo from Lily and it looks great. The other 2 (me and another friend) got the tattoo from Marc and it honestly looks like an amateur tatted us. I tried reaching out to Marc but all I got was him being defensive and in the end saying, "he is trying to meet in the middle". I think if the tattoo was done correctly in the first place we wouldn't even need this conversation. And our friend that got hers done from Lily has no problems with hers. Marc even brought up the fact that my friend has eczema, but I don't.. so what does that have to do with our already faded tattoos?? He also mentions that we wash our hands often and that could be the reason why it looks like this, but again.. comparing the 2 finished tattoos. My tattoo still looks 100% more faded than my friends. And she works as a bedside RN while I work in an office setting and wash my hands less. This isn't my first tattoo and although its in a place that would fade faster than other places, the fact that my friend's still look perfect and the other 2 have already faded dramatically is a testament to how poorly our tattoos were done. I'll add photos to back up this review. (Top tattoo is my friends and mine is on the bottom. I get that finger tattoos don't last too long but hers looks way better). Bottom line, if you come her for small tattoos - learn from my mistake and just ask for Lily. read more

I came in with an idea-no references just the idea-that I teach/love literature and I wanted an open book, colorful magic to resemble the imaginative power of literature and Black and grey pics/quotes from four of my favorite novels. She openly discussed realistic pricing and number of sessions with me-no BS. And then did her magic in creating a custom piece for me. Our sessions were productive and fun. Good conversation when I wanted it and the ability to rest quietly when I needed that. She knows what she is doing! 2. The other tattoo artists in the shop are friendly and helpful even when they aren't tattooing you. They'll literally give you the hat off their head when you go in with a migraine and the lights are hurting your eyes.
