There is nail polish under the nails and the matte overlay polish did not completely cover the nail. In all my years, I have never seen a nail polish so sloppy from a professional. I honestly think it's the quality of work I could have done at home. While they accept all credit cards, there is a $3 up charge for using a credit card. Cash is strongly encouraged.

My mom recently went to this salon expecting a professional service, and instead left completely…read moredisrespected and humiliated. She politely asked for her nails to be redone because they were not what she asked for and instead of correcting the set like any decent salon would, the staff argued with her and refused. So she rightfully got up and left. Who wants to pay for something they didn't ask for? But it gets worse. The owner chased my mom outside, recorded her, and called the police over a disagreement about poor-quality nails that she STILL paid for. Yes, paid. And instead of understanding her side, the police sided with the business and handed her a fine and community service. This place doesn't care about customer satisfaction they care about money, control, and intimidation. If you value being treated with respect and decency, don't go here. What happened to my mom was unjust and embarrassing, and no paying customer deserves that kind of treatment.

It is the laser reacting to metal in your mouth and the connecting point of the tooth/teeth. Mostly harmless, but can damage or shatter the bonds.

Carol explained that the hairs on my "chinny-chin-chin" were often clear, or grey, if you will. Hence, the laser couldn't technically see them. And yes, I know it may sound trivial in the grand scheme of life, but it's REALLY nice not to be beholden to a tweezers & a magnifying glass each morning.
