Now I have a June 1st appt scheduled and I find out today, May 26, that another vacation has taken priority over my appt and again they cannot fit me in before he leaves. When someone charges $108 for a haircut you expect some professionalism and customer service. Could the stylist call and try to fit me in? Nope. Makes the receptionist do his dirty work. Maybe he should just retire and vacation all he wants rather than make appts he doesn't keep. He never used to do until this last year. I am finding there are much friendlier, very talented and more customer service oriented salons in White Bear than this one and they aren't as expensive. I would also like to issue a genuine apology to the assistant manager for my language, as you can imagine, being a 17 yr old girl my appearance is very important to me and this being my first conflict with a "professional" place of business I did not at the time know how best to handle it. I booked on Wednesday the 17th a microfoil and cut with Kathrine (who I will say was very polite) the microfoil is described on their website as being "a technique for ultra-fine precision foiling which creates a seamless shimmer of color" I'll let you decide if the service I received in the pictures below matches that description. When I saw a few days later what had been done to my hair I went back in to the store and asked what could be done, they offered to tone it or re do the service which I appreciated but later called to decline and simply asked for a refund. Because the owner of the store was not in I could not get a refund at that time which is totally fine I understand that however it would be nice for you to include that more obviously on your website. I also would have liked to be informed before starting my service that you would not be able to match my hair color on my roots. And please do not blame me for the way you made my hair look I have another hairstylist who can confirm that your claims of how it's my fault are incorrect. I also feel I was quite overcharged because on your website price estimate it says I will be paying $190.00 however you charged me $215.00 maybe that's because of the other half a bowl of bleach? All of the stylists seem to really enjoy doing hair and they go the extra mile to create a style that is right for you, they have creativity and give their opinions if you want them they don't just say well "what do you want?" and give no ideas of their own.
