Another update due to another great experience with AirChampion…read more Recent electrical outages and surges have taken a toll on many things in our house, but the A/C is the main thing I was concerned about. In triple-digit heat, the last thing you want is your A/C to not work resulting in you lying in a pool of sweat under a marginally-effective ceiling fan. Had some concerns recently regarding our system due to yet another brief power outage and subsequent surge that results afterward. Outside fan on the air conditioner wasn't coming back on after repeated attempts. Called AirChampion and they squeezed us in, getting to the house within 3 hours of our call. Thankfully we finally were able to get the system up and running again prior to the tech arriving, but we did want to make sure that the capacitor in the outside fan had not been damaged. A quick test revealed it was operating at about 90 percent capacity. Tech also gave us some pointers about what to do should the motor in that outside fan cease to operate. Great tips! There is a reason we have been using AirChampion for over 40 years - and this is it. Great job!

AC went…read moreout 7 days ago, they sent someone out the same day we called to assess the problem - gave us a quote, and once we agreed came up with a temporary solution that kept us cool until they could schedule installation of the new unit The team that came to our house, were very professional. We have used Air Champion in the past and they will continue to be our go to solution.

My…read moreexisting pad was in perfect condition and was about 6 inches off ground and almost 4 foot deep. They wanted to dig it up and put down a 2 inch pad the would have caused the condenser getting mud and crap in unit every time it rained. They charged me $379.00 for the pad and I could get one just like it off Amazon for $50.00. They also left my thermostat wire exposed outside to the elements and did not seal the refrigerant lines going into house leaving opening for ants and other bugs to get into house. They ended up putting their pad on top of my good pad just so the could charge me. I would not recommend them. I think they con folks.

She was able to book me in with a very short notice. Also, she informed me about an e-mail confirmation with a clear picture of the technician that was assigned to come to my house to check on my AC. Jennifer also informed me about their current coupons and promotions that could help me to save some $$$ The technician arrived with in the time frame estimated. Garret showed up at my house with a clean uniform clear identification of his name and company (as shown in the e-mail confirmation/picture previously provided). Garret put on his booties over his working shoes before entering my house. He was very polite and took the time to listening to my concerns about what I thought it was wrong with my AC units. Garret politely asked me if he could proceed to check the AC units (in the attic and outside). He proceeded to connect his computers (gauges) in to both of my AC units (one at the time) and while doing so, Garret provided me with an explanation of what he was doing. He also performed 25 check points around the house. At all times he was very polite and very patient as I kept asking questions. Every time he went outside my house he made sure to take his booties off and place them back before entering my house. Shortly after, he prepared a detailed report for each of the units. He didn't push a long sale speech about any of their products o services. Garret mentioned to me about the age of my AC units and services his company offer, but I never felt pressured by his suggestions. It turned out to be that there isn't anything wrong with my AC units, but the excruciating heat (over the 100's) we have been experiencing in Texas for the last month or so. My AC's are performing according to specifications, the cooling levels are good, electrical are good. I'm grateful for the outcome, but mostly to Garrett for providing a stress and hassle free experience. Thank you so much Garret!!! I have no hesitation to recommend Garret & Cypress Creeck A/C. This company and technicians know what they are doing. They are honest, very polite and ethical. They WON'T try to sale you something you don't need. This company offers and delivers high customer service & customer experience Thanks again Jennifer, Garret & Cypress Creek AC

He referred us to USA And it was a night and day different experience. Brett, the very next week came out and ran an in-depth assessment with his camera and equipment, hydraulic pressure test, and was able to identify clearly our issues, three breaks in our pipes..His crew, supervised by Chris were absolutely efficient, courteous, completely professional. We ended up paying half of what we would have with the other company.., who had indicated we probably needed to fix our foundation first -unnecessary (until the pipes were repaired to allow six months of settling and then would only need minimal shim removal worst case)- all in all we saved conservatively $40,000 by not going with the first group. The professionalism, starting with the office manager, Nicky.. And the efficiency with which the Segundo Plumbing Group, also operated when tunneling...well, You know a company is doing a great job when the customer is sad to see them leave. I highly recommend Usa Leak Detection for anyone who thinks they may be experiencing foundational issues caused by plumbing/sewer leaks or visa versa..

Long story short, the leak soon reappeared in the same spot and American Leak would not even give me a discount on a new check for the leak, it was new leak.
