Zach talked to the city dispatcher (Saturday @ 8 pm) and then left. They had a stop sign. I did not. Driver missed it. Wouldn't have been a big deal. But then they proceeded to honk at me repeatedly like I was in the wrong. Again, wouldn't have bothered me in the slightest, but then as I'm at a stop sign making a full and complete stop, they continued to honk at me. I have small children in the car, I'm a cautious driver.
