I went in on a morning when no one else was there. I asked for pants to be hemmed and asked if I could have them by end of day. He took 30 seconds to think of an excuse that is believable and he told me no. His excuse was "the machine isn't available" on Mondays. In the past I have made the same exact request from the wife and she always accepts the business and applies an additional charge which has always been fine with me. But after today's unpleasant experience I've resolved never to go back here again. The man doesn't have a clue about what good customer service means.

I was a first time customer with a small three shirt press order. The shirts were new so there were no stains or fabric repairs that I didn't know about. I was told that they take payment upfront. Not a big deal. I paid and left. When my husband came to pick up his shirts, he was charged a second time and because he is a generous and appreciative person he left an additional $10 tip. So because a different person picked up the order, they thought they would take advantage and charge again.
