The staff from start to finish were the sweetest. Being a new customer, there was a lot of selection. The deals listed were great but on one BOGO deal for Khana edibles, the selection was down to one or two options that were not products I wanted. All in all, a great experience. I made a purchase online 1/31/23 and was told that the pen I ordered was no longer in stock, but they had another option that was only $2 more which was fine. Fast forward 2/3/23 and the pen is no longer working. I contacted the store in which I was told they would provide a refund. I arrive at the store to replace/return the pen. The only option for replacement was the same pen so I definitely wasn't going to replace it. I opted for a refund, I paid $18 plus tax, the cashier told me I had $11 and some change coming back. I mentioned more than once that I have my receipt in my phone because that wasn't the amount I paid. So, basically your employees aren't trustworthy. Not once did he ask to see my receipt. He went by what he saw on his register never mind how the customer feels. The fact that he didn't even acknowledge me telling him I have a receipt is not good customer service. At one point I thought this was a good dispensary, but after that experience I will no longer be back! read more

But frankly each individual review should stand on its own to showcase the excellent of this shop and its employees. Embarc is my neighborhood one-stop shop; I live right on Pacific making this spot one of the best things about my hood. There is never a long line, and everyone is super helpful. Last time I believe George helped me, he's always interested in the products I bring up to the register and tells me if he's tried them. He's also on top of all the local politics and election stuff happening about cannabis-related stuff so talk to him if you have any questions about that. Lars is also always helping me out find the best CBD-related product. Everyone here though knows there stuff. It's cozy and accessible and not pushy. Go here! Went instore a few nights ago. Was sooo happy I found a combo that works for me after trying many things and then figuring out I needed to try something totally different!!! It was perfect!! I was sooo excited I returned to the store to purchase more taking the empty container with me. Well, in my joy in talking with the budtender about my success in finding the right combo, I put the old container in my pocket and walked out only to discover when I got home I had the empty container and not my purchase!! Talk about being joyously distracted!!! Well, I went back this afternoon and Lars and Greg fixed me right up! NO hassle, just SUPERIOR SERVICE. I no longer frequent the other 3 places I used.
