One of the friendliest well stock with EVERYTHING you need. I really enjoy Embac they always show love there

Went in for the first time and wasn't happy . The person at the front desk was very helpful but as soon as I went to the back to shop the other associate gave me totally different information and unfortunately did not have what I wanted but was told they have by another person ....super confusing.... on top of that they put down Main Street supply , mentioning how "the vibe here is better " I don't think so ...it seemed immature and unprofessional to put down another business especially when they couldn't back up those claims .... I'll stick to my usual Main Street supply read more

You guys really made my day thank you for your hospitality and generosity and clearing up the air with the issues I am happy and coming back

We had a very good experience while visiting this cute little place. We love how the person at the front points out the daily specials so we know what the deals are before we shop. I like how we can read the ingredients of every item. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The person that helped me was Chris. Chris is awesome! read more

The go to place for all your weed needs. They have a great selection of choices and an awesome staff to tend to your needs. From the moment I stepped in, this place felt like family and I'm definitely coming again! My favorite strains from them have all been from Pacific Reserve (GMO Crasher and Cherry Pie) so keep a lookout for them. Plus, this is a family business in Alameda so if you are a bay area native, please come out and support these guys! read more

Very good crew with great hospitality. The friendly vibe at the place will make you wanna come back again. Thanks Graig!

The staff from start to finish were the sweetest. Being a new customer, there was a lot of selection. The deals listed were great but on one BOGO deal for Khana edibles, the selection was down to one or two options that were not products I wanted. All in all, a great experience. The store is boutique style with products curated for a more small town like feel and catering mainly to Alameda locals. Looking forward to coming by again soon. read more

Very clean establishment. George is very friendly and knowledgeable... And gives great recommendation. Would recommend this place..

This place is great Tahaj was a great help. Took his time to show me around the store. I will continue to go there my new spot.

I have frequented many different cannabis clubs. But ever since I stepped foot in Embark In Alameda, I will likely never shop at another club again. I have never felt such compassion and kindness at any other dispensary. I have many great memories from this location, but a few that stick out will stick With Me Forever!! One of the first times I ever purchased I was very unsure as to what I wanted to buy. I was helped by Jennifer. She is extremely knowledgeable and very down to earth. She's made every single encounter an unbelievable experience. She knows that I am very frugal. And I'm always looking for the best bang for my buck. So she will never hesitate to help me even though I may take a long time deciding what it is I want she is very patient and will give me the specs on each product that I have inquired about. I have been to several Locations Before and have always felt super rushed...But Not At Embarc!! The Entire Crew Especially Jennifer, are Very Skilled and highly Trained In cannabis, customer service And Most Importantly Life Skills!! I Always Feel Right At Home And Have Always Had A Very Memorable Experience!! Thank You Jen, For Providing Me Amazing Customer Service!! You Da Best!! read more

i love coming to embark! the service is top tier every time i come by. my favorite part is actually being able to see some of the common employees like andres or john, they are always eager to help me and i always have the honor to have a great laugh with them before i leave! im very grateful for embarc. read more

If there ever was a better example of what a bud tender should be, one would be hard pressed finding one better than Lars. What sets him apart from all the other bud tenders out there is his willingness to help others. Now, it isn't my intention to minimize the contributions of so many that have come before him, but rather to recognize excellence in customer service where I see it'. read more

Love this little place! Very charming with all the brands I love! Staff is super helpful and friendly. Definitely will be visiting my neighborhood store frequently! read more

What a warm, welcoming establishment. Great flow, great merchandise, good vibes with light and planning a, plus a very helpful staff who are happy to walk you through the sections and products. Smiles all around (I could tell, even under the masks). So happy to have this nearby, and I'd encourage people from all around the Bay Area to check it out. read more

I guess you can't write an entirely new review and have to update old ones, so here I am! But frankly each individual review should stand on its own to showcase the excellent of this shop and its employees. Embarc is my neighborhood one-stop shop; I live right on Pacific making this spot one of the best things about my hood. There is never a long line, and everyone is super helpful. Last time I believe George helped me, he's always interested in the products I bring up to the register and tells me if he's tried them. He's also on top of all the local politics and election stuff happening about cannabis-related stuff so talk to him if you have any questions about that. Lars is also always helping me out find the best CBD-related product. Everyone here though knows there stuff. It's cozy and accessible and not pushy. Go here! Thanks Embarc team, you guys rock! read more

I was greeted by Julius who was very personable and kind. Jordan helped my friend and I shop -- asking about our needs, experience, and tastes. He was patient, jovial, professional, and personable. We had a great time! Although I'm not local, the next time I'm on the island, I'll definitely be back for more. Thanks gents for a really lovely experience! #xoxo read more

I love Embarc. They've all become my friends. They are all kind and generous and super knowledgeable about cannabis. Jada, Brandon and George are especially helpful and kind. I highly recommend it. read more

I made a purchase online 1/31/23 and was told that the pen I ordered was no longer in stock, but they had another option that was only $2 more which was fine. Fast forward 2/3/23 and the pen is no longer working. I contacted the store in which I was told they would provide a refund. I arrive at the store to replace/return the pen. The only option for replacement was the same pen so I definitely wasn't going to replace it. I opted for a refund, I paid $18 plus tax, the cashier told me I had $11 and some change coming back. I mentioned more than once that I have my receipt in my phone because that wasn't the amount I paid. So, basically your employees aren't trustworthy. Not once did he ask to see my receipt. He went by what he saw on his register never mind how the customer feels. The fact that he didn't even acknowledge me telling him I have a receipt is not good customer service. At one point I thought this was a good dispensary, but after that experience I will no longer be back! read more

I live pretty close to Embarc so I tend to go there frequently out of convenience, but I have to give it to their employees for constantly making me go here and spend money I shouldn't. The energy I receive when walking into this store is always positive and welcoming, it's super easy to start conversations/ask questions/concerns with all staff. Jennifer at the front desk is always welcoming and makes the process super quick and smooth to help me be right in and out the door. Favorite place to go. read more
