Inland Empire House Cleaners - After move in/ out clean

Inland Empire House Cleaners

After spending 30 years in the military and moving more times than I can count, I've experienced my…read morefair share of move-out cleaning services. I can confidently say that Susana and Richard are the best I've ever hired! I contacted Susana on a Thursday, and she had an appointment scheduled for that Sunday. From the beginning, she was incredibly responsive, professional, and accommodating. Unfortunately, a family emergency prevented her from making the appointment, but her partner, Richard, was still able to come. Richard was absolutely outstanding! He spent nearly eight hours meticulously cleaning my home to get it move-out ready. His attention to detail was exceptional, and he didn't overlook a single thing. By the time he finished, the house was absolutely spotless. His dedication, work ethic, and pride in his work were evident throughout the entire process. The service was worth every dollar, and I genuinely couldn't be happier with the results. If they serviced North County San Diego, I would hire them in a heartbeat for our biweekly house cleanings. Without question, the best move-out cleaning service I've ever used. I highly recommend Susana and Richard to anyone looking for exceptional service and outstanding results!

It began with a last-minute cancellation, followed by a late arrival with no apology on the rescheduled day. During the service, she accidentally broke our kitchen window shades and did not apologize or address the damage. After a quick inspection, it revealed that the master bathroom cabinets were neglected, and multiple windows and sliding doors were completely skipped. When confronted, she claimed the remaining dirt was "water stains" not covered by the scope of work, which was inaccurate as the dirt wiped away instantly. Fortunately, her partner saving the day. He did a phenomenal job on the carpets, removed tough stains, and graciously finished cleaning the exterior windows that Susana missed. If you use this company, hire them exclusively for carpets, and avoid their house cleaning services. The only reason she gets a 2 star is because of her partner.

We called and spoke with Pam who was very responsive and got us our quotes fairly quickly for the services we wanted. Dan wanted to visit our house to assess the scope of the job. We discussed details of what we wanted and estimated how long the process would take-- ours ended up being two days. Diana showed up with her team and they did a fabulous job. They vacuumed and mopped the floors, cleaned the interiors of the windows, dusted all the cleared surfaces including my blinds! My bathrooms and kitchen were sparkling clean. They worked hard in getting all the detailed cleaning right. Dan showed up on day two and worked on the carpet and upholstery cleaning. He was very enthusiastic and was so focused on getting the job done. We are so grateful and happy for all of the professionalism, great service, and friendly attitude that Dan and his team provided us.

The house hadn't had a good cleaning in months, and I put my full trust that Bedazzled Cleaning would get the job done, and they did spectacularly in just 4 hours! I reached out to Bedazzling on Friday after another cleaning company canceled on me at the last minute. I found them through the Moreno Valley Matters page and asked if they happened to have availability for a 7 AM cleaning the next morning. They told me they could accommodate me, but it would need to be at 6 AM because of another commitment. I happily agreed and was honestly very grateful that they were willing to fit me in on such short notice. I booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment cleaning. The regular price was $300, there was a $50 promotion, and I added a $25 refrigerator cleaning. My total was $275, with a $100 deposit paid in advance and a remaining balance of $175. The contract stated that the service included TWO cleaners for THREE hours and that if additional time was needed, it would be discussed before moving forward. Saturday morning, only one cleaner arrived. She was about 15-20 minutes late, but that honestly wasn't a big deal to me. I also knew my apartment needed a good cleaning because my schedule has been extremely busy and I haven't had the opportunity to deep clean in quite some time. She started in the kitchen, then moved to the guest bathroom, my bedroom, and my bathroom. Once we were past the three-hour mark, she asked if I still wanted my son's room cleaned because she was already going over time. I told her not to worry about his room. I was trying to be understanding, especially since she was working alone. The part that completely changed the experience for me was when it was time to pay. Instead of the $175 balance stated in my contract, I was told I owed $215 because she had worked by herself and the cleaning took longer. I was confused because I contracted and paid for TWO cleaners for three hours. I was then told the second cleaner had overslept and had been fired. I was also told that she had missed her son's basketball game to clean my apartment. I sympathize with anyone having staffing issues or personal commitments, but neither of those things were within my control. I don't believe the customer should be financially responsible because an employee did not show up. Had two cleaners arrived as contracted, the amount of work completed within those three hours likely would have been very different. Ultimately, I paid MORE than the contracted price, received LESS than the contracted service because one of the bedrooms wasn't cleaned at all, and still noticed several details afterward that had been missed, including light switches. I also felt the attention to detail declined as the cleaning went on. What disappoints me most is that I genuinely wanted this to be a great experience. I was thankful they accommodated me on short notice, I was understanding about the late arrival, I didn't complain when only one cleaner showed up, and I agreed to skip a room because she was running over. I feel like I was more than reasonable. I don't expect perfection, especially when booking on short notice, but I do expect a business to honor its agreed pricing and not pass the cost of its staffing issue onto the customer. If the terms needed to change because only one cleaner showed up, that conversation should have happened BEFORE the cleaning began or before additional charges were incurred, not when it was time for me to pay. Unfortunately, what started as an experience I was excited to leave a positive review about ended with me feeling disappointed and taken advantage of.
