When I decided to get pregnant I did some research beforehand and came across Dr Wu through a roster I had with my IPA. I read mixed reviews about the dr, her staff, and of course wait time. First of all, I don't mind waiting if that means I get to see a wonderful doctor (who also delivered 2 of my beautiful nieces). Dr Wu's primary patients are pregnant women AND she's also on call. She delivered my son back in March (Cesarian- super neat cut) she comes early every morning to visit all her patients-myself included up until the day I was discharged- then head to work and sees X amount of patients then goes back to the hospital to deliver -some days she has to leave during business hours. I got lucky this one day- where she was able to squeeze me in before she had to rush to the hospital. She moves and talks fast so keep up lol but she's always listening and answering questions I have but she usually covers everything I am thinking about. I never had any issues with the staff tbh - Peggy is the front desk -she's awesome and always accommodating to my work schedule. Cindy is the little cute lady that sit next to her- she's always handling the calls. I think Diane (sorry if its wrong) the honcho nurse is the one that checks weight and vitals that everyone is upset about- she also moves fast and is extremely intimidating lol I bumped into her a lot by accident of course but she's never gave me bad vibes. and i think 2-3 more nurses i didnt mention. All in all, i have had nothing but good experiences even with my emergency C Section- EVERYTHING went smoothly. If you DON'T have patience or understanding - this office is definitely not for you and yes you should find another specialist that can hold your hand and take long walks at the beach with you. read more

Sorry Doctor Wu I am giving you 1 star. I wish the comments I am writing here would give you some thoughts and save future patients from some pains. I believe you are a very capable, efficient doctor according to my experience. But your chef nurse is the RUDEST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL of all the medical staff I have seen in my whole life. She not only mixed up the status of my pregnancy more than 3 times, but also did not show any patient or made any efforts to help a patient with scheduling. I got my blood drawn twice, made copay twice, which should be once simply because she didn't bother to make the slightest arrangement. She never showed any sign of respect or care to me during my whole journey. I tolerated that just because I didn't want to miss a good doctor. Now I am carrying my 2nd baby and seeing another doctor. Guess what, everything is well organized and I don't need to suffer the hustle any more. Meeting more medical staff thereafter also confirms that your nurse truly defines what being BAD and MEAN is. My fave OB/GYN Dr since day one. Delivered both my girls and explained everything in detailed. I still recommend Dr. Wu to all my female friends and family members. Fluent in English and Chinese. I know we are in a pandemic and the doctor has a busy practice. At the same time I really do think this office has the worst staff ever! I been to Elsie Wu before for some biopsy testing and Pap smears in the past. Yes the wait is long. Their front office staff is really uneducated. They do not know what their doing. I was referred back for insertion and removal of my iud. I called to make my appointment the first time the staff said we don't do any removal or insertion. They refer me back to planned parenthood. Went to planned parenthood because I have HMO they said you have to pay out of pocket. Then I went back to call Elsie Wu's office they left me on the phone for 25 mins and said they only do removal of IUD but no insertion. ????? What??? That totally different from what you guys said before. Why not just refer me out and they said they can't do that. Three different staff told me different things but none could have help me. Then I ask if my IUD expires next week can they fit me in to get it remove they said they really don't have anything. I ask what about referral? They said they can't refer out. Fine then what should I do. They said I don't know. I'm like great... thanks for being not useful. The soonest they can fit me in is May something. I'm like that's too long. 1-2 weeks is reasonable but a month out is not. Here an advice from someone working in a medical office. Educate yourself before speaking to patients in need. Don't give me that bullshit of I don't know what to do. Your patients don't know what to do which is why they are calling your office for help. Next, the fact they are not willing to help a patient in need. I really hope this office does fail in every way. The staff and nurses are not helpful. Avoid this place as necessary. I had a terrible appt with Dr. Wu today. I will switch doctors. Dr. Wu was rude. I came in today to review my repeat ultrasound result. While waiting (hours always!) she gave me my ultrasound report to review. When I asked her assistant for a copy of the previous report to compare (I asked via the reception window), Dr. Wu yelled from inside the office "I gave you a copy last time!!". I replied "yes, I know, I just want a copy NOW to compare, I can return the report once I'm done." Her reception lady gave me the copy. But I heard Dr. Wu mutter "Jesus! Jesus!" During my five-minute consultation time, I misread units shown in the reports, cm vs. mm. I misread only once yet I apologized profusely. But Dr. Wu said "that's why you shouldn't compare reports, you're all over the place!" If she behaves like this while I'm healthy and strong, how will she behave when I'm sick and weak and cannot defend myself?!? I saw Dr. Wu for three years. She was nearby and seemed capable. I don't ask a lot (definitely don't care for "a doc who could hold my hands and walk on the beach" as specified in a previous review). But Dr. Wu's respect and sympathy have gone downhill in the past two years. In December 2020, I saw her rudely ordered her entire staff to stop talking. It was a very dramatic scene, as if any sound not came from her mouth would give her a breakdown. Unfortunately now she seemed wanting to command the same from her patients. I give top marks to her staff: the main nurse and the front office ladies. They are terribly over-worked. But I ask things nicely, and they always delivered what I wanted to my satisfaction. read more

I was recommended to Dr. Wu by a friend of mine, and I was glad to have Dr. Wu as my OB doctor. She's really nice, knowledgeable and professional. She talked fast but she knew what she was doing and really listened to what I was asking on my every visit during my pregnancy. She cares about her patients which made me feel more confident and comfortable. After giving birth, she checked on me every day during my hospital stay. Her team is great too. Wow, I'm really sorry to anyone that has felt they had a bad experience with Dr. Wu, or her staff. Not sure what to say about that. I can only comment on my personal experience and let me tell you, it was perfect! I was lucky enough to be able to see Dr. Wu (before losing my job and benefits) two years in a row, for both of my pregnancies. Dr. Wu is a very loyal and dedicated doctor, she cares about her patients, not only as a patient, but on a personal level as well. There were times I needed to page her at night. I wanted to speak with her about whatever was bother me, and within minutes she'd call me back, never complained about my calls. Dr. Wu knows what she's talking about, she's a very strong person, smart, and knowledgeable in all areas of her practice. I had two miscarriages before I had my first baby and when I got pregnant the third time, she told me to immediately come in so that she can prescribe something that would help the baby grow to full term (I can't think of the name of what she prescribed) but I was so happy she wanted me to come in and help see this baby to full term and since that day she has been there for me every step of the way. As for her staff, I never had any complaints about them. Nancy, the receptionist has always been very nice and helpful. She has always tried to fit me into the schedule at last minutes notice. She's my go-to person, if I needed to find out if a fax went through, or if I needed to speak to Dr. Wu, she would take a message and follow up on it. Her staff has been wonderful to me. One of my other favorites is Diana. Oh Diana, so caring and so sweet. I will miss seeing my doctor and her staff, but unfortunately in this economy I am unable to be able to see her for now. I just wanted every one to keep an open mind - people have reviewed the way the office looks, the time they've spent waiting for a visit. I admit, it's not a new building with nice walls, modern interior, but if that is what is important to you, then find someone else. Allow Dr. Wu to give her time to someone who will appreciate her as a doctor and not what the place looks like and if you ask me, her office is just fine. To me the important thing when I see a doctor is knowing that my doctor cares about me, my health, is knowledgeable, and for me, a strong woman who'll kick your butt so to speak when you are not keeping focused on what's important. I was a patient of Dr Wu for over 10years, I'm giving her 1star. I had body checked up with Dr Wu twice and she said I was fine to have a baby. However, when I really get pregancy she said it's too dangerous for me to delivere the baby because I have a uterus firoid. And she recommended me to abandon or go to see another doctor. She refused to see a patient just because the body condition. How rude and unresponsible doctor she is. She make me so frustrated, worried and tearing at that time. When I went to see another doctor, he said I'm fine to deliver under care and my baby is two years old now. Dr Wu changes a lot, her attitude is worse than before and become inpatient, unresponsible. She has a lot of overseas Chinese pregancy patients that pay her with cash. For those local who pay with insurance, if you're a little trouble or risk with your pregnancy, she will disregard and get rid of you. Honestly, I don't recommend this doctor at all. She is a very busy doctor so I recommend having your questions ready before getting in. Be prepare to wait - Even with an appointment, the wait can be 30min - 2 hours. I think maybe the office is understaffed? They really try their best. They're very systematic so make sure you have your authorization paper in hand before going. Elsie delivered my first healthy baby boy and I'm definitely really pleased with her being my OB. I really appreciate how straight forward she is with me during my pregnancy. She speaks fluent English and always answered all the questions I have for her. She's really knowledgeable and always gives me very thorough answers. I will definitely have her as my OB again when we decide to have our 2nd child. (5stars) Expect the wait to be between 1-2 hrs even though you have an appointment. I do agree with the other comments about her receptionist, they definitely do need to improve on their customer service skills. Don't go to this one for your care. This is the worst medical office I have ever been to. Believe me, I have been to some. (I used to work for a non-profit clinic also.) My husband made an appointment for me with authorization from my health insurance weeks ago. My husband also called the clinic and confirmed the appointment days before we went. The waiting room was small and overcrowded with patients. They were literally rubbing off each other's shoulders and elbows. Some patients had to stand and wait outside the hall way. The office is run-down and filthy. The walls were dirty and paints were chipped. The air was stuffy. What a turn off!!! As we signed in, the receptionist just told me that I had made no appointment and we needed to have authorization from our health plan to see the doctor. Huh??!! Excuse me lady. We waited for days for authorization from my primary care doc, followed up with the insurance, received the authorization, and then made the appointment weeks ago with confirmation. What do you mean? The woman behind the window cared less and she just asked us to call the insurance to check. Frustrated, we stood in the crowded waiting room and called the insurance again. Finally we got a hold of someone and he said we had all documents we needed. He also said records showed that an authorization had been faxed to the clinic weeks ago. He said he was willing to talk to the receptionist to confirm. When we told to the woman behind the tiny window that the insurance agent is on the phone and wanted to talk to her, she simply said, "I won't use your phone." Me: "What??!" Her: "I won't use your phone. It's dirty. Ask him to call me." At this point, we already had steams coming out from our ears. How rude!!! We then told the insurance guy what the receptionist had said and asked him to call the clinic. We told the rude woman that the insurance will call. She then asked us to wait. Luckily we found two empty chairs and we sat down. There was a pregnant lady in her 2nd trimester sitting right next to us. We started chatting with her and she told us how much she hated Elsie Wu's clinic. She said she was seeing a wonderful female OB doctor in San Gabriel but then the doctor switched to PPO which she could no longer afford. She had no choice and came to see Elsie Wu as there were limited female physicians in the network. She said the receptionists were rude. She said if she was not pregnant, she would never come to this clinic. We also told her what had happened to us, which was pretty obvious that the clinic messed up our appointment. The pregnant lady said, "If you don't have urgent needs, don't come here." While we were chatting with the lady, our cell phone rang and it was the insurance guy. He told us that he called the clinic but no one picked up the phone. We verified the clinic # and it was correct. We then went up to the window and asked the rude lady, who was there all the time, why she did not pick up the phone. She simply said, "The phone did not ring." At this point we wanted to laugh. That's enough! We took our time off work to see a doctor and this is the service we received. We told the insurance guy on the other end that the clinic sucks! The time has finally come...I have made it through my pregnancy, recovery, and all my postnatal appointments. :) I did read all the reviews before I chose Dr. Wu. I was late in my pregnancy before my first visit, so when I called and heard it would be 3 weeks longer before my appointment, I panicked a little. Nancy, the Receptionist was able to squeeze me in for a quick check up earlier because I was leaving town for a while. I am so thankful. My first appointment was such a LONG wait, but they didn't have available time really, they were accommodating me and squeezing me in. The next time I went, it was so much better. I loved Nancy from my first interaction with her in February on the phone to last week. She is such a doll. Kind, compassionate, great with babies, hilarious, and real. I had my last appointment with 3 kids in tow and showed up 1 hour early!!! Nancy and I just chatted and told stories and laughed...I really adore her. It does sadden me that other folks here on Yelp did not get the opportunity to know her like I did. Ok, now Dr. Wu. Dr. is amazing! I have had 3 OBs and she is by far the one I trust the most. She isn't a Dr. that is looking to be your best-friend and waste time in the exam room. She is a Dr. whom is cool, kind, and very detailed. I had another Dr. locally who was great as well, but she didn't give me the education about my pregnancy like Dr. Wu. Just to address stereotypes, to me, Dr. Wu does not have an Asian accent when speaking English. Just in case anyone was wondering. She has a lot of patients and you can tell they love her. I love how she kept me up to date on OTC products that I could use for a healthier pregnancy and after surgery she let my husband and I know of some concerns of what she found. Her reputation in the hospital I delivered at was really great. She is highly respected and trusted. I had a C-section and every nurse mentioned I was in great hands with Dr. Wu. I have had 3 types of abdominal closures and so far Dr. Wu's is the most flawless. She has a sibling whom is a plastic surgeon so she has access to expert advice in that area as well. Overall, it was a fabulous experience. I always knew I was getting the best medical care. I appreciate how thorough and kind she is. I've never had a doctor that I avoided like the plague before. I have two doctor's that I see regularly that are basically general medicine. They keep telling me that I need to go see her and I keep responding with "...but she's a b-." I waited 3 weeks and an hour in her waiting room on a weekday to see her. She was in and out of the room in less than 2 minutes and did not bother to explain my condition or what to do. What's even more annoying is she looked over my blood work and said everything was fine but seeing as how I didn't trust her in her rushed and pushy state I took it to my second doctor and she noticed a big abnormality. My experience is solely based on a routine Pap smear. It was my first one and the reviews made me nervous, but this place was convenient and close. The doctor, Elsie Wu was very pleasant. She wasn't over the top like motherly or friendly. But she was direct and explained everything/answered my questions. She isn't the type to go above and beyond so she gets 3 stars. The wait time. I got in as soon as the office opened. It did take longer than I was expecting, but it was overall the usual Doctor wait, nothing out of the ordinary in my opinion. The front desk. They're a bit rude, definitely not helpful. They get 2 stars. They're also unreachable on the phone. And my results took forever to come in. They aren't really responsive and I'm sure they're busy, but they're just a bit ridiculous sometimes. I don't speak mandarin (their preferred language) so it was awkward sometimes. It just seemed like they had trouble communicating. But at least I got everything done. For a yearly papsmear I'd say come, get it done. It's close quick and easy. But if you're pregnant or something, i would say make the drive to see someone else. I mean for important stuff, you kind of want a real doctor. Before you come MAKE SURE they have your referral. It is extremely difficult to get consultation from dr. wu. My report was briefly explained to me by the nurse over the phone, and she told me that dr. wu will call me for further details. Almost 2 months after the initial call, i did not receive any phone calls at all. I had to seek for 2nd opinion, because i need a professional to give me an advice on my condition. The initial advice from the nurse was to wait for 3 months for a 2nd exam before further advices. However, this is not the 1st time i have the same condition. What am i suppose to do without any advices in this 3 months? I had many questions, but the nurse asked me to discuss with dr. wu when she calls me, which never happened!! I called the office to see if I could schedule an appointment to talk to dr. wu, but the nurse was so rude!! She said that i should just talk to the 2nd opinion doctor instead of dr. wu, since i decided to go for 2nd opinion. What??!! I had to go for 2nd opinion only because dr. wu did NOT explain my condition to me and give me advices. The nurse told me she will drop a note to dr. wu, i wondered if that was done, because another 2 weeks had gone, still no response. I can't tell if dr. wu is a good doctor, because i only seen her for once. But in order to make an appointment, going thru the nurses is a MUST! it makes me feel like the nurse was trying to refuse scheduling an appointment for me. As a patient who needs professional advices on a medical condition, dr. wu's office seems like it is NOT a choice for that. I thought I would try to clinic since my sister has been here before. This is my first baby and I had just realized I am pregnant. I have a lot of questions. I called trying to get some information about my insurance coverage. The receptionist was rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. As soon as I ask more than 3 questions, she puts me on hold forever. I had to hang up and call back. I got the chance to speak to a nurse named Diana, she was very kind. She speaks Mandarin and Cantonese. She was very helpful and explained the insurance information for me. I called back trying to schedule appt and had more questions, the receptionist named Nancy once again got annoyed and put me on hold for 20 mins. I had to call back twice trying to reach Diana but was not able get pass the front desk. I came in here to seek yelp ratings, turns out many people have the same problems. I realize I cannot use the clinic for my first doctor visit. Poor staff service with no empathy for their patients really ruins the reputation for Dr. Wu read more

My wife's pregnancy experience with Dr. Wu was fantastic. She's a great doctor and a VERY intelligent lady, not outgoing but very sweet and kind and humble. Even though my wife speaks great English, she is from Taiwan, so she wanted a Mandarin-speaking OBGYN for all the medical vocabulary/terminology. I'm more American than apple pie and ice cream, so I can understand if some couples are turned off by all the Mandarin-speak going on, but the main receptionist is American, not Asian, and the first language spoken is English of course (unless of course you call speaking Chinese). Dr. Wu's first language is English, but she does speak Mandarin well, as do her nurses. Since she's the only OB in the office (it's not a medical group, just her), yes, the wait can be long (max for us was 45 minutes, but usually under 30), and if Dr. Wu is called in for a delivery you may be asked to reschedule. If you want to cut down your wait time, ask the receptionist when is the least busy day. Usually it's Tues or Weds. YES, the building is older than most doctors' offices, but they have all the necessary modern equipment, don't fear. At the hospital, Dr. Wu was nothing short of superb. Before she arrived, my wife was getting scared since the nurses there were strangers to her and weren't entirely helpful. Once Dr. Wu came into the room, my wife started crying out of relief, if that tells you anything. Don't hesitate to see Dr. Wu for superb medical care and comfort during your pregnancy. If you're just looking for an office as clean as a brand new airport terminal, perhaps you should go elsewhere. read more

Dr. Wu was my OB for my first pregnancy. She was very detailed and organized. I really like her and the way she took care of me while I was pregnant. The one thing I think most people are unhappy about her office is the wait time. Her office is so busy. I think she is packed with a lot of appointments. If you want shorter wait, I think you should go on a weekday. I used to wait about an hour before I got to see her for my Saturday appointment. I wait the wait is a little bit too long. She really cares about your weight and making sure that you are in the range for the healthy pregnancy. Her advices are so helpful that it took me only about 15minute to deliver my baby. I really thank her for all the cares. I recommended her to my friend who lives in Irvine. After she visited Dr. Wu, she decided to stick with Dr. Wu even the drive is so long! read more

Have a great experience with Dr Wu and her team members. Every time when i go there, i guess i always schedule the earliest apt as possible, so i don't have to wait long as the other complains. The stuffs are very informed and nice. That's y all my 3 pregnancy i went back to Dr. Wu. My wife had the worst time with her gallbladder during her 2nd tri-mester and this woman took none of it seriously. I explained how during work she reeled from the pain so much she just had to sit down and wait for it to stop. People would stop and ask if she needed assistance, ambulance, etc. and the doctor still doesn't bat an eye. She makes us feel like we are lying to her or something. So basically no extra test for gallstones or anything related. I can understand if your just not a people person or brought up as a cold fish personality- but your a frikin doctor!! Maybe my wife's condition was rare and she knew better than we did, but you would think she would at least try to fake it a little- show at least some flicker of human kindness. The staff: My wife came in once from discomfort/pain and the receptionist recognized her and said: what are you doing here? We wont even get into the overcrowded office and time we had to wait for an appointment but needless to say we transferred immediately to another OB after realizing firsthand how heartless this woman is. LOVE Dr. Wu, and her staff! Started seeing Dr. Wu before getting pregnant with my first born. Despite the other posts saying that she only cares for her pregnant patients, I was not pregnant at the time and I was treated very well by her and her staff. While being pregnant with my first born, she was unable to see me for a few of my visits because she herself had just had a baby so I was seen a few times by her husband - who is also an ob/gyn, Dr. John C. Chiang and he is an exceptional doctor as well. In 1998 first born was delivered via C-section by Dr. Wu and her husband assisted. They are both awesome doctors and sincerely care for their patients. Since my first born I have had 2 other babies and 2 more C-sections with Dr. Wu. During our last pregnancy I lived 70 miles away and would still drive to see Dr. Wu. Nancy her receptionist has always been very helpful and will do everything she can to squeeze you in and find an appointment that works for you. Love her! I have never once questioned my care, felt that I was not being cared for, or felt that I was not in the hands of very knowledgeable and caring people. During my last pregnancy I had some complications and had to spend a night in the hospital. Dr, Wu came to the hospital to personally sit with me in my room and monitor me. While we visited I learned that she was missing an event for one of her children, but never had bad attitude about sitting with me instead. Sometimes, the wait can be long, but take into account she has tons of patients for a reason - and that reason is that she is a good doctor. Plus, some patients need more time then others so be reasonable.- Honestly I think on 2 occasions I waited longer then normal because she was in delivery. Think about it, when you are delivering do you want her seeing patients or in your delivery room? Pick one, as super as she is she can't be in 2 places at once. I am almost 40 and after 3 kids I am not sure if God will bless me with another baby but if He does I will be back at Dr. Wu's because I know I will be very well taken care of and there is no other doctor that I trust and respect more than Dr. Wu and her husband. read more

I was looking for a Dr. with affiliation with Huntington Memorial Hospital, and is also a female, so I decided to go with Dr. Elsie Wu. Dr. Elsie Wu was nice, but her staff needs to be FIRED. 1. I had to wait over 2 hours to see her even with an appointment. 2. I was told to call the office for my results but I couldn't get my test results because the staff told me to just wait until someone calls me back with the result. I waited over 2 hours, called back, and the clerk NANCY told me to just wait...even if it was for a year. What kind of service is this. This is just plain RUDE. So I'm still sitting here waiting for my results. What use is it to see the doctor when they don't give you your results? 3 Weeks ago, I had an appointment with Dr. Elsie Wu and I had to wait 2 hours before I could see her. The doctor was nice, but the staff and the clerk was horrible. I had an appointment, but the clerk kept me waiting for almost 2 hours, while I saw people who came after me leaving before I even got in to see her. I asked the clerk at the desk, and she just told me to wait. Finally after asking for the 3rd time, and waiting for 2 hours, I said why should I be waiting so long even with an appointment, and people coming after me, leaving before I did. The clerk just told me that I was still waiting to be seen according to the waiting number she passed out. Finally, Dr. Wu heard that I've been waiting for over 2 hours so she checked, and finally told me that the clerk gave me the wrong number, therefore making me wait miserably. The clerk did not apologize at all. Horrible staff. I think such customer service is not acceptable, and they should be FIRED. The clerks treats the patients as if they were lining up to be seen for free or something... Finally 3 weeks later, I called for my results...and they told me to just wait for their call. I waited for over 2 hours, no results...so I called, and the stupid idiot clerk, by the name of NANCY told me to just keep waiting...that they're really busy...even if I had to wait for a year. THIS IS PLAIN RUDE. This clerk should be fired. Avoid this place, unless Dr. Wu realizes that she needs to replace her staff. read more

Update: Took my wife in for prenatal check up and Last visit. Her service is what you would expect to find at one of the many Chinese business in the sgv where you'll find rude and bad bedside manner, you'll feel the same way here. Nancy: I have not seen her... maybe she is on vacation. Dr.Wu She is some what informative, and with referring us to other place? not so much. As to what needs to be done next, she is inexperience with our condition. She scared the **** out of my wife after first trimaster test result from the genetic consoling, nothing was finalize but yet on the phone her impatient tone of voice telling my wife to make decision weather to abort the baby or kept... There were so much more to say which would only piss me off. I'm gonna leave this here... My point is that she is very impatient. She need to spend more quality time with the patient, and look at ME when she talk to us. That means widen you visit duration to 45min, rather than 15 min. I believe she lost her patient with us due to the first visit, we went in to see her for other issue and were not planning to have a baby. Next time she saw us which was a few months later, my wife gotten pregnant. She wasn't thrill about it maybe she know there were gonna be complication due to my wife health issue. But nevertheless should a doctor belittle their patient, have bitchy attitude. She gave us a bunch of printout & pamphlet to read, after reading all the information, We bought the chewable papaya tablet to help with my wife with constipation. But to be sure she is safe to take it, we took it in and ask her about it, Her reply was " I wouldn't recommend it", and question my wife if she had read the pamphlet and that we should follow what the pamphlet recommend. I myself wanted to question her IF SHE have read the pamphlet herself! Cause if she had, she should've known that IT DID recommend it on the pamphlet. She comes in and out of the room like a super man, I dont feel like she provide us any quality care at all. She remind me of those people who try to held their head up high cause she is a Doctor. She show no emotion and bad service in what she practice, very impatient, lack bedside manner. Isn't doctors suppose to be humble? well, not her. If it weren't for my wife gentle loving voice reasoning with me. I would of gave the doctor a piece of my mind. If you can change doctor, dont be afraid ot, its never too late. I wouldnt want a doctor who dont see eye to eye with the parent providing care during labor. I believe the OBGYN and the parent need to be on the same page and understand eachother, so that when the time of labor the mother can have a peace of mind and give birth to the new born. Medical Assistant: it would be more professional , helpful & informative to inform patient who have blood test to fast if one is required. Staff: they are getting a little better, although they have that chinese way with work, they dont mean any thing bad. it's just how they talk. It can improve tho, Just implement a little customer service will do. Cash patient. Cash patient came in after us and other couple, and they were seen first with A SMILE (now thats customer service). Medical Assistant: it would be more professional , helpful & informative to inform patient who have blood test to fast if one is required it. (maybe they forgot...)
