I understand things happen and businesses close but to just take people's money and never respond to them is extremely unprofessional. I did and I was given a date a month out. When I said that was unacceptable I was told the stylist was very busy. I said I too was very busy. I was specific with my requested service which I paid for, and spent a lot of time in the salon to get, and I did not get it. I was told they would speak with the stylist and call me back....that was more than a month ago. I will not return to this salon for any future service. The pictures speak for themselves.
