I accidentally went to here instead of the other location where my appointment was and the other location had to cancel my appointment. I was so sad because of how excited I was to get my hair done, but the manager came over and moved some things around to fit me in so I could get my hair done, which made me so happy. Madie did my hair that day and I was extremely nervous for judgment due to how badly my hair was damaged and the fact that I used box dye. She never judged me one and instead explained what we could do for my hair to keep it moisturized until we grow all the damaged hair out. She recommended products to help me, services we could do to help my hair be hydrated since it was so dry, along with other tips to help me at home. She was so understanding, helpful, and kind which made me look forward to my upcoming appointments with her. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, especially Madie

I was clear but kind stating I did not get what I asked for and I was told to call the following day to get scheduled for a correction aka more blonde around the face - face framing highlights. I did and I was given a date a month out. When I said that was unacceptable I was told the stylist was very busy. I said I too was very busy. I was specific with my requested service which I paid for, and spent a lot of time in the salon to get, and I did not get it. I was told they would speak with the stylist and call me back....that was more than a month ago. I will not return to this salon for any future service. The pictures speak for themselves.
