I accidentally went to here instead of the other location where my appointment was and the other location had to cancel my appointment. I was so sad because of how excited I was to get my hair done, but the manager came over and moved some things around to fit me in so I could get my hair done, which made me so happy. Madie did my hair that day and I was extremely nervous for judgment due to how badly my hair was damaged and the fact that I used box dye. She never judged me one and instead explained what we could do for my hair to keep it moisturized until we grow all the damaged hair out. She recommended products to help me, services we could do to help my hair be hydrated since it was so dry, along with other tips to help me at home. She was so understanding, helpful, and kind which made me look forward to my upcoming appointments with her. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, especially Madie

My review is specifically about communication from the shop. I had a hair appointment with another…read moresalon scheduled for months for my birthday, but my stylist broke her ankle the day before my appointment and had to cancel. This is a week before my birthday so now I am in a panic. I call this salon and they tell me they have something Friday morning (my birthday is Saturday) so I say yes that is perfect I want it. They say okay well we usually do a consultation beforehand. I tell them I can do whenever they can get me in. So we schedule for Monday at 12:30 for my consultation and Friday at 10 for my hair appointment. The person I spoke to (front desk Amy) tells me she has everything booked for me. She asks me to send inspiration photos to a number she texts me from. I sent my inspiration photos as well as a photo of my hair how it is currently. She says perfect and that she will try to show the stylists today, but that they are pretty busy so she will let me know. This was all at 10am on Saturday March 22. I'm off my phone for a few hours after this point. Once I get back on my phone at 2:30 I see I have a missed call and a text message saying she was able to show my photos to the stylist and they know what package I would be booking for and to give them a call back to confirm. So I call back immediately upon seeing the text and am told by Amy that unfortunately someone else booked the Friday appointment and confirmed before me. What? I was under the impression that me booking a consultation, the Friday appointment, and sending my photos was my "confirmation" of the appointment, along with her telling me over the phone that she has everything "booked." I'm not understanding why the Friday appointment was even offered to another person after I had already stated that absolutely yes I wanted it, booked my consultation for Monday, and sent in my photos. I have never had work done at this salon, but this experience has been pretty negative given I was very excited to be able to get an appointment in before my birthday. I am super disappointed with how this all has went.
