She recieved a relaxation experience massage and facial, and both services exceeded expectations. The therapist not only provided exceptional treatment but also identified a potential rib issue that no one else had caught. That kind of attention to detail shows real expertise and genuine care for clients. The facial I hear was equally impressive, thorough, relaxing, and noticeably effective. The entire environment is clean, calming, and clearly run by people who take pride in their work. Bright lights, and the music is louder than I would prefer, but it may not bother others. The nail tech was nice but they should let the customers decide if they want to talk or not and let them lead. People go to a spa to relax, not to be quizzed about their life. Customers will feel pressured to talk, as not to seem unfriendly. Leave people be unless it seems like they are feeling chatty. I had also requested no scents and no music if possible, and they did not even mention it, definitely used scented prodcuts. If they could not accommodate, that is fine, but what is the purpose of the notes if no one pays attention to it? The pedicure itself was mostly good except that body scrub should not be used on dry skin because it is painful. And even though I am a good tipper, I agree with what someone else said about the auto-gratuity. For what they charge, it should not be necessary for them to pay their staff well all on their own. Overall, just ok.

This is a great place to get a massage! I have had massages from Sara Cozort and Sara Frazier and…read moreboth were very professional. I really like that this is a massage studio only, where the massage therapists work independently. The atmosphere is very calm and peaceful, and your privacy and personal comfort level are respected. Prices are also quite reasonable for what you get. The only gripe I have (and the only reason for not giving five stars) is that there isn't a credit card machine - they take credit cards via smartphone swipe device, but today my therapist couldn't get hers to work right. Fortunately I had my checkbook, so it was minor annoyance, but if I hadn't... yeah. Also, they are by appointment only, so if you are hoping for a walk-in, you are probably out of luck. If you "like" them on Facebook, the massage therapists will often post about special deals. Very cool! I will be back as often as I can afford it!

The scars I have almost reach my sternum and suits worn have to be thick at the bottom to hide how visible they are. Bathing suits worn have to be a certain type to hide the error and damage that wasn't addressed properly. After multiple phone calls with management- both Dr's. ( I inquired of both) refused any type of compensation for these issues that are now something I have to see everyday. I'm very disappointed in my results that are now almost a year old. My desires were made very clear to the staff and Downs. I would encourage others considering this establishment to do research on other plastic surgeons in the area. I would hope others don't find themselves in my position.

Upon my arrival at the hospital I became ill(vomiting) because my kidneys don't work and I had to walk from far away. I sat on the first bench I could find. A crabby lady approached me and instead of asking if I need help or offer me a tissue or water, she said, "is someone coming to help you"? I said "no, I have an appointment ". She said where and I told her. This crappy individual turned her back and made a bee line toward my specialists office to taddle tail on me. Ronald K. Downs then made it extra hard on me today by canceling my appointment right in my face. First they made me drive all the way to get my X-rays at another facility. Why can't you professionals figure that crap out? Next I get back with my X-rays early for my appointment. The f*cking idiot Dr. turned me away because "you were sick". I explained my illness to them and that it is nothing contagious. I have esrd and can't walk all that way w/o getting an upset stomach. I explained how hard it was for me to get there and be there. Nope. No compassion. They said reschedule. I said this is a broken bone and it's already been rescheduled on their account once. Now my broken hand will probably need rebroken because it's been so long. No lie, every time I go to a St Joe facility there is always a flucking problem. I have zero problems with all the other hospitals.
