This is such a good service. I wanted something special for my in laws, as my father-in-law is in a rehab center and his dear wife has taken such good care of him and is weary. Massages! How perfect. Now of course, we had a heck of a time getting my mother-in-law to actually GO and get the massage. But she did, and when she was ready, nearly a year later, that massage was still awaiting her. I had a scheduled appointment at 7:30am and showed up 15 minutes early like I was asked. Keep in mind I drove 45 minutes to get here because I heard great things. The website said they opened at 6:30 but when I arrived the door was locked and there were no lights on. I called the phone number at least four times and left a message. At 7:50 I get a call from my massage therapist who sounded like she just rolled out of bed saying she over slept. She asked me to reschedule and was going to "see if she could get me a discount or my next massage free." The amount of disrespect for my time was so upsetting.
