I had such wonderful experiences here. Cupping and massage. Just what I needed to relax!

I was here recently for a pedicure. The spa and amenities are nice. The pedicure was ok, but maybe not exactly what I would want from a spa environment. Bright lights, and the music is louder than I would prefer, but it may not bother others. The nail tech was nice but they should let the customers decide if they want to talk or not and let them lead. People go to a spa to relax, not to be quizzed about their life. Customers will feel pressured to talk, as not to seem unfriendly. Leave people be unless it seems like they are feeling chatty. I had also requested no scents and no music if possible, and they did not even mention it, definitely used scented prodcuts. If they could not accommodate, that is fine, but what is the purpose of the notes if no one pays attention to it? The pedicure itself was mostly good except that body scrub should not be used on dry skin because it is painful. And even though I am a good tipper, I agree with what someone else said about the auto-gratuity. For what they charge, it should not be necessary for them to pay their staff well all on their own. My mother and I were visiting the Four Winds casino/ hotel and decided to book some services at the Cedar Spa. She got a pedicure and her eyebrows done, and I got a chocolate pumpkin facial - it sounds weird, I know! We were both very pleased with the services received. My facial started by laying on a heated table to begin the relaxation process, and the massage along with the products were great. For the pedicure, hot stones were used to massage the legs, which was a nice added touch. After or before your treatment you are also able to use the Wind and Water Sanctuary, which consists of a dry sauna, steam room, vitality pool, aroma therapy rain shower, and heated lounge chairs. We could have just stayed in there all day! And if that's all you want to do, you can purchase that instead of a service. Spa is ok but any place like this that just adds a forced Gratuity is trash in my book. What if I didn't like the service I received? Or I want to tip less? U FORCE a 22% gratuity? Pathetic. shame on you Cedar Spa. read more

I love the Cedar Spa. It is such a nice, calming experience. I especially love massages by Kim. She is very skilled and does a style of massage that is so relaxing, while at the same time leaving me so incredibly energized. I think she has magic hands! read more

I've been getting massages for 20ish years and this was by far the best experience I've had. First, Michelle is a literal angel. Her hands must be made of angel wings. Perfect pressure, knew exactly how to adjust the table so I was comfortable without having to ask. Second, having Michelle for both services meant there was no interruption in between. Just seamless from one to the next. Third, it's clear the business values and takes care of their employees and I'll always support a business like that. 1000/10 recommend read more

The Cedar Spa is a lovely facility, complete with sauna, stem room heated chaise lounges and whirlpool. I had made an appointment for a facial. Lots of forms to be filled out and then we begin. The facial was just okay, low grade products used. When the esthetician asked what products I used, I replied Obagi and she said she had never heard of it. My dermatologist has it in their office. The treatment seemed to be all about massage, the hands from fingers to elbow and the face, way TOO much massage. My skin is dry and felt good oost facial and felt dry again the next day. With the elegant hotel and spa, they need to bring the treatments up to that standard. A facial massage is NOT needed, just high quality skin care products and staff that know how to use them.
