Lady, please have some sensitivity to humans and empathy instead of attacking. Your shop is not Paris. It is sub par at best. Calm down. Nobody cares about pictures from your store. I stopped right after you asked with zero resistance and you kept going with your agitation and persistence. You drove me out. There's nothing worth knocking off or to comparison shop and I don't care about your retail markups. I happily pay what stores charge because I know how retail works, but also, I only shop with retailers who aren't bulling me. Someone from the store contacted us and told us that while it said online they were available, they actually weren't, and they could send us something comparable. We agreed to the replacement products. Our credit card had already been charged on July 3, so we expected the products to be mailed immediately. Weeks later, when nothing arrived, we called to find out why we hadn't received our order. We were told a manager or owner would call us back to update us on our order. That was never done. We waited another month, still nothing arrived, called again, were again told someone would call to resolve the issue, and still no one called back. We called three more times, and emailed multiple times, with no response. It is now November 13, 2025, and we still have received no products and no responses to our calls or emails. I have now committed to calling daily, so the owner or manager can no longer ignore our attempts at communication, and can either send the products, or explain to our credit card company why they took our money and did not fulfill the order.
