Then, a friend hosted a promotional gathering here for women supporting women and luxury fashion. This is the only flagship where you can buy directly from them. There's a large selection here and the sales ladies are so helpful. They will send me pictures of things that come in via text so that I know when the next drop is and if it's worth coming in. The ladies who help you shop support your purchase considerations in a very patient non-pushy way. They're also very knowledgeable about what fits look good on which body types. I work in fashion, and very few brands have quality measuring to this. Beyond that, it is woman owned and ethically produced with sustainable materials, which is a rarity! Most brands don't take the time and effort to do that let alone manage the complexities that means. They have new product every couple weeks. There were some sustainable, Italian wool and silk blend camis and matching undies this week. I am a personal fan of their soft sets which have no underwire, but they also make the classic lingerie pieces that uplift with the wires, robes and pajamas. We agreed to the replacement products. Our credit card had already been charged on July 3, so we expected the products to be mailed immediately. Weeks later, when nothing arrived, we called to find out why we hadn't received our order. We were told a manager or owner would call us back to update us on our order. That was never done. We waited another month, still nothing arrived, called again, were again told someone would call to resolve the issue, and still no one called back. We called three more times, and emailed multiple times, with no response. It is now November 13, 2025, and we still have received no products and no responses to our calls or emails. I have now committed to calling daily, so the owner or manager can no longer ignore our attempts at communication, and can either send the products, or explain to our credit card company why they took our money and did not fulfill the order. Cupid's Closet may have excellent reviews for in-store service, but buyer beware! If ordering online, your money may be nothing more than a donation to their company, with nothing to show for it.
