They have a decent selection of items for everyone. The associates were friendly and helpful. My only issue was the odor in the carpet. I noticed it immediately upon entering the business. It's old and grey and either needs to be shampooed every couple of months to keep the store smelling fresh or needs to be replaced. It makes the store smell ancient. This is supposed to be an alluring and welcoming environment. The scent does not match the theme of the business. There is nothing sensual or attractive about the air in there. Perhaps a couple of plug-in's, or burning some scented oil that customers can smell and purchase could do more to draw customers to different areas of the store. The merchant refused the return, saying that their policy was no returns/store credit only. The basis of my complaint is that there are no signs posted anywhere in the store - - on the doors, walls, or counters--or on the receipt concerning this supposed policy, and no one verbally advised me of any such policy at the time of my purchase.
