Price seems fair in my limited experience with other shops and online purchases. The thing about this shop, unlike online, is everything is clean, sealed, and safe. You never know online, but I trust Daniel and his shop. Sometimes they are sold out of what I wanted, but will order it to the shop fairly quickly, so that's nice. This review has been in my drafts for weeks and I have been meaning to come back and leave this AMAZING place the 5 start review they deserve!! Honestly they had everything my boyfriend and I needed when we stopped by spur of the moment to look for something pretty specific! My boyfriend just moved to the neighborhood and we were thrilled to have such a close and convenient shop! We actually ended up there twice over this past weekend. The first night we spent a good amount of time there and the lady at the desk was the best! It was late Saturday night (in October) and she was so patient and kind answering all of our fun questions and gave us many good recommendations! The next day when we stopped in there were two girls working and they were welcoming and knowledgeable as well. All the employees were just fun & caring about us and our needs! They hooked us up and it was worth EVERY penny. Looking forward to our next visit. I will recommend to friends as well! read more

There was a good amount of sale bins to select lingerie from. The prices were reasonable. As soon I walked in I found the presentation of the store to be cute and well put together. The sales associate ( I presume she is the owner) working the store during the time I arrived (day), greeted me upon entrance and allowed me to glance around before asking if I needed any immediate help. Initially I thought she was not going to engage me but, I ended up appreciating the opportunity to browse a little first. The sales associate turned out to be very helpful. She was able to answer my questions about the different items I was interested in and seemed enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge with me. I definitely didn't see myself posting a review to a place I was so timid to go in... but,I felt compelled to give a HUGE shout out to this place after yesterdays encounter, Daniel. First of all, it was hard for me to go in as a grown ass woman with very little 'drive' but acting on impulse, I did about a week ago. That experience, I was put at ease and kinda felt like I was hanging with my old college buddies, when I did finally find the courage to go in. The sales girl made me laugh and educated me in a very gentle and loving way without EVER making me feel uncomfortable. Next, I bought a gift box that I literally couldn't wait to try but unfortunately, this was the one in a million malfunctioning ones and it made me laugh as to my rarity of purchasing these toys. So I called and discussed with the owner, Daniel, who THANKFULLY took the time to hear what was going on, and he graciously offered me to come back in and resolve the issue. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable and didn't give me an awkward vibe given the nature of his business... not to mention AMAZING customer service. They were professional, efficient and have gained a customer for life! Honestly, I think I'd call him 1st, should I need a suggestion or advice in this department. He and his wife are running a great business and I highly recommend based on my experience. They took the malfunctioning item back and refunded me although they aren't liable to do so based on the types of products sold obviously. read more
