I was searching for a specific lingerie set for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. I called my local store in Brea, California and they indicated that Century City was the only store in So Cal that would carry this item. I then called your flagship store in Century City, and had the distinct pleasure of speaking to the Manager, Sara. Sara was so helpful, friendly and professional. She immediately confirmed the good news that the set I wanted was indeed, sold in her store. She asked for the sizes and placed me on a brief hold to check her inventory. More good news from Sara, as she confirmed that the sizes that I needed, were available! Although I live about 90 minutes from Century City, I chose to purchase these items and have them shipped to my home. I was a little concerned, as I needed the set for Valentine's Day. Sara assured me, as the Manager, that she would personally process the transaction, wrap the gifts and make sure that UPS picked up the shipment in the morning. I loved the fact, that she chose not to delegate the task, in order to make me feel valued as her customer. Moments later, she emailed me my receipt and the tracking number for UPS. One day later, the package arrived! Sara is an outstanding representative of Honey Birdette. So professional and the level of customer care was incredible. I was concerned that I might not get the gift in time. Sara sensed this and took personal responsibility for the entire transaction. How to not receive a confirmed and paid product, and not only lose money, but also gain problems and lose a bunch of time and nerves? Simply place an order online! I placed an order online and this is the worst experience of my life! The worst! I received an order confirmation, but then nothing from the company for 2 weeks. Then, without any warning or contacting me, they returned part (only part!) of the money for my order. I wrote to customer support chat, and they said that the size I needed was out of stock. When I asked why they returned only part of the money, they couldn't answer. Then I asked to cancel my entire order because ordering panties without a bra doesn't make sense. The girl promised to cancel the order. Then there was silence again, and a few days later I received a notification that my order is on its way!!! I contacted support again, and they said they couldn't do anything, that they hadn't canceled the order, and now it was on its way to me. The girl also couldn't provide a clear answer regarding the partial refund for the bra. I said that this wouldn't work, and I would write negative reviews everywhere. Then manager Robin joined the chat. He was able to explain where the remaining amount for the out-of-stock item was. He returned it (okay, thanks for that at least). And regarding the delivery of the panties, he promised to try to return them from the shipping company. BUT the most important thing - he promised to inform me via email about the situation. And what do you think? Of course, he didn't do any of this. As a result, I accepted the package (it had no identifying marks) as I was expecting another delivery from a different company. But it turned out to be those damned panties from this disaster company with disastrous service. Now, to get my money back for these panties, I have to print a label within 72 hours (I don't have a printer) and find and go to the transport company's office to return these panties finally! Why 72 hours? Because the smart manager Robin decided that would be convenient for me!!!!! I don't know what these people are thinking. I don't understand how they can work this way! I categorically do not recommend using their online store, otherwise, I repeat, you risk not only not receiving the product they confirmed, not only losing money, but also gaining problems and wasting a bunch of time and nerves. Honey Birdette is a small lingerie shop at the Westfield in Century City. While out and about, I glanced at the store's display that caught my attention...sexy lingerie! At first, I thought it was Agent Provocateur, a luxe racy lingerie line, but it was not, instead a shop I had never heard of. As soon as I walk inside, I was greeted by the friendly nice staff. Looked around and everything appeared nice. After inquiring and learning their lingerie was made in China, I was disappointed. Realizing these under garments are no different from Victoria's Secret...alas I lost interest instantly. All my excitement, quickly diminished:( One of the girls was quick to point out 'these are made in Germany!' I turned and asked what she was referring to? She said, 'our Lubes(Lubricants) here are made in Germany.' I told her I was here for lingerie and smiled :) So the lingerie at this shop is similar to one of my favs Agent Provocateur, but at a lower price point because of the origin of manufacture. I removed the box from the plastic packaging, it had a strong fishy odor. I opened the box and asked my husband if it smelled funny, and he said it smelled like rotten fish. Clearly, someone has previously worn an item(s) in my shipment. This is unacceptable, and these items CAN NOT be worn due to the health risk. I emailed the company a week ago with no response. Customer service can be improved. This is a business whose prices don't match the service. I finally stopped by after visiting the website and wanted to get information about two products. There were four ladies in the store but it was not obvious who worked there. I had a product in hand while I waited and listened to their conversation. I was able to determine who the employee was after a few moments but by this time I didn't feel this business valued my money or my time. These ladies were just chatting away while a guy is just waiting. I had a quick question about an item. The employee just had to say "I'll be with you in a moment." I took my business elsewhere. As I had been walking around trying to look for a new piece I was not welcomed in by any means but all you could see and hear is giggling and seeing them on a phone, I had to politely grab their attention for some assistance.. long story short I had always been a 34 I asked for some help with adjusting and Olivia kept insisting that I was big so I needed a 36. I went in here following Valentine's Day, wanting something I had saw online was not in stock and hoping maybe they would have a couple left, they didn't as expected, so I wasn't really sure where to start, but both of the girls in here were VERY friendly and helpful in trying to find me something special! The customer service is laughable, very loose use of the term could be applied to this company. I always try to give a new company I'm shopping with a couple of tries but this place absolutely misses the mark in the customer service department!! Their return policy is displayed as being a generous 45 days - but please be warned that if there is even so much as a 10% discount on an item that it results in you being unable to get your money refunded - learned this the hard way. Sadly, since I was stuck with a store credit I didn't want after poor interactions with their "customer care" team, I made another attempt at a purchase. I purchased a set - bra and panty and only tried the bra on, it was too small so I returned the set. After a couple weeks of not receiving a refund, I reached out to their support line only to then be notified that the panties "showed signs of wear" so would be returned to me. I never even tried them on So they either sent me a dirty pair originally or are using this as an excuse to deny a refund for a $75 pair of panties!! Done! Today I walked in the store to buy some valentines lingerie and once again i was ignored. There were two girls working when I entered a blonde girl and a brunette, neither greeted me- my presence was not acknowledged at all the entire time I spent in the store. Not at all. I spent a few minutes walking around and looking at lingerie, picked out a few items, looked around like maybe someone might weigh in, no one did. I walked near the fitting rooms, no one asked if I wanted to try anything on even though I had pieces in my hand. I ended up walking into the dressing room by myself. Both fitting rooms had not been cleared out so I moved the tried-on lingerie to a different fitting room and proceeded to try some pieces on. I quickly needed assistance so I pressed the button on the wall that said "press here for champagne". No one came so I sent my sister to ask if the matching panties existed. They weren't polite to her when she asked. I left. I worked in luxury retail for a few years - it's astounding to me I spent about 10 mins in a store without being acknowledged a single time. I will never spend my money here. Don't bother walking in. I would recommend going to Agent Provocateur on Melrose, the girls there are always really nice and helpful. read more

I bought the entire Riley set along with three stockings and couldn't be happier with my purchase. LaVontra was so sweet and helpful from beginning to finish.. I loved her energy and professionalism and think she deserves some love on here!
