I walked in looking for sheer hosery and was waited on by a rude, condescending, argumentative, unhelpful Asia woman. Insted of listening to what I am looking for (and I needed 10 pairs) she was telling me what she thinks I need. The tension was palpable that I had to walk out. Rude, Rude, Rude and this is supposed to be a luxury store. I wish the owner was present to see the interaction I received there today. This place saved my silk wedding dress! My tailor and I had been trying for over a month to figure out how to build something into my dress so my nipples wouldnt show right through it. We tried swimsuit top padding of every kind, another liner, tape, pasties, silicon bra pastie things, you name it! I was getting incredibly frustrated with every fitting and by the time I threatned to burn my dress to the ground my tailor took me here. The price is STEEP. I paid $350 for essentially a tube dress but that saved me from spending another couple thousand on a new dress and more tailoring just a couple weeks before my wedding. And boy did that sucker suck me in and even me out - I had to get my dress brought in at least another inch! Also! I tried everywhere else for proper shapewear before I even went to my tailor! I tried every big name store and nobody (online or offline) had anything that worked! Again, this place saved my dress! It's worth the $! read more

Jane is very sweet and professional. Gives great tips and spent a lot of time with me to choose several items. However, I was left with a bad taste as I was waiting in line to make my purchase and asked the other SA (short tan lady) whether they had a restroom in the back. She winced and said, no,sorry. Lol! What? Seriously? I understand these boutiques do not want to every person off the street using their restroom, but there is no reason why a paying customer, and one who had been trying on different items for close to 40 minutes or more, should not be able to use the store's bathroom. Completely unprofessional and left a seriously bad taste in my mouth. Shame on her! read more

Have been coming here ever since they first opened. Love their selection of pantyhose and their customer service - always friendly and knowledgeable. Being a crossdresser, its always a challenge to find retail stores that don't mind helping "girls" like me. I usually have to ask multiple times for help. Today I was looking for a specific kind of pantyhose. The salesperson, Tristyn, was so nice and helpful. She suggested a few different styles and I ended up picking up three pairs when I only needed one. I will definitely be coming back! read more

Great selection of pantyhose for all your pantyhosing needs but I wasn't able to find my size and that made me sad. The SA was informative and very helpful and that made me happy. My stupid ring got caught on my brand new hose and snagged a hole into it which made me sad, the hole didn't turn into a run and it's pretty high up so I can wear it again. That makes me less sad, but lets see other pantyhose do the same. read more

This location is just ok. It's not any different than the one at the Beverly Center. I only came once because it was close to my work. I recall distinctly there were two girls in that store when I made my first (and last) visit. While they were nice enough to mention any promotions going on that day, they weren't that social - they just give me the silent treatment and did not care for small talk. So I only bought one pair of leggings and that's it. I'll stick to the Beverly Center location. read more

I want to start off by saying though over the phone Elizabeth and Jane were very friendly and curious it definitely didn't not transfer over when I visited the store today. The other employee I do not timber her name but will update as soon as I do. She was no so pleasant, I tired to exchange something that was gifted to me and as soon as I was told the amount I was given to play with to exchange she made this horrible face, as a costumer whether it's 100 dollars or 500 her face expression was just rude and disgusting. I own many wolford pieces and I definitely won't be coming back to this location ever again. I guess location does not equal consumer satisfaction. read more
