EDIT: based off the response from the owner from my purposely anonymous review should tell you all you need to know about their business ethics, sadly. Went here months ago and felt pressured into making a purchase. I didn't like the bra but the associate kept pressing. A learning experience for me not to be a people pleaser anymore. Wasn't informed about the return policy until I was already tapping to pay. Ended up returning the bra I bought, which was overpriced for what it was. The underwear I bought had a mesh that fell apart after one hand washing and has completely fallen apart after the second making them unwearable. I won't return and I'm not a fan of the passive aggressive responses to from the manager. I suggest going elsewhere and buying quality lingerie that won't fall apart after a single wash. Getting properly fitted for a bra is something I've been wanting to have done, so I was super excited to find this place. My initial thought as I entered the store... Wow!! A great selection of lingerie! I was greeted by a very nice lady and taken into a dressing room to be measured. I was given several bras to try on, and ended up purchasing two. One of them needing to be altered. I was happy when told alterations are free, especially when spending $150.00 for two bras! It turns out, the bra I brought home did not fit properly when sitting down, the cup size was too big. I went back to the store to return the bra and was told I was measured incorrectly. Thinking I would be able to return the bra and get refunded, I was told the store does not give refunds, only store credit. Not once was I told this when paying for my items and I was very surprised an exception was not made, since I was measured incorrectly. So, ladies please make sure you are measured correctly. Sit down, stand up....move around in the bras you are trying on before purchasing and leaving the store. In my case, the bra fit while standing up, but when I sat down the cup size was too large. I now have a $57 gift card I'll probably never use. read more

I specifically wanted no underwire but still wanted a bra that could hold the girls up. I needed a minor alteration and Christina also did that, putting in a few stitches on each side... And no charge! From the store windows, Belle Forme looks like it might only carry sexy lingerie, and those items are part of its inventory. Christal at Belle For Me just changed the way I see myself. I thought I was an A cup destined to never have cleavage and feel the breeze in the gap between my breast and bra cup. But... 1) she guided me through all the different styles of lingerie based on my personal comfort level (b/c I'm new to the world of sexy) 2) she introduced me to the Japanese-designed wonder bra that changed my self view. She took my measurements, brought the items to my changing room, taught me how to properly use the bra (yes, there's a specific technique). Christina was an absolutely amazing help. I've never been fitted for a bra before. Christina pulled some great options and showed me how to actually fit my breasts into the bra properly. I had no idea that there was a specific method I should have been using. The Asian girl working the store today gave me a bad experience with Belle Forme. Usually when I go into a store I'm greeted with a nice smile and "if you need help with anything let me know." This girl was acting like my boyfriend and I were going to steal something from her store. I was never asked what size I'm looking for or what style. She followed behind us pretending like she was fixing things. I understand Del Amo has experience theft but not all customers are thieves! Wonderful store with high quality merchandise! Chrystal explained how the store's best selling bra works, it is a push up bra, but is much different then any push up bra ever made. She taught me how to move my breast so all of the breast tissue is in the cup, which naturally created cleveage using a special technique (women without natural cleavage and those with a small chest can use this bra too - it will create cleavage). She was professional, shared her expert knowledge and made me feel beautiful and sexy. After a series of uncomfortable experiences with American bras, I turned to Belle Forme in hopes of a true inclusive size fitting. You will likely receive a one-to-one consultation given the high chance you will be the only customer in store. The extravagant displays may be tempting so be sure to communicate your preferences and interests. I found the staff to be pushy about promotions. Although I had a positive fitting session with personalized customer service, I totally regret my purchase of 4 bras. After a few months, I noticed that the bras no longer hold their shape. The wire loosens leaving a lack of support. The bras also do not hug you and may feel different in varying positions (standing vs sitting). The quality does not last long given the pricing. If you would still like to try it out, I recommend only purchasing one bra no matter the promotions. Or even paying for a fitting session alone. I have since bought Japanese bras for the same price or cheaper with significantly better design, support, and longevity. Overall, I recommend looking elsewhere. read more

Ordered placed on 9/8/20 on web site. As of today 9/12/20, still no shipping. The sales consultant all of sudden couldn't help you anymore after the order was placed. Emailed customer service no response. Base on my last purchase experience, I should have already rated them 1 Star. The sales consultant told me a size to buy over text. In the end, it was 3 sizes too small. Guess what, they don't take returns. I drove 90 mins to their store, she told me they don't take returns, you can just buy another new one. Update 9/12/20 evening. After I complained to their sales consultant for no response and order updates. I finally got a email response. Anna finally told me one of the item is out of stock. She basically blamed the no-order-updates-for-4-days on "they got too many orders to process". No apology for anything. I pointed out the fact when I placed my order in sept 2019 till now. There were only 160 orders in between - 160 orders for a whole year. How could you have too many orders to process in 4 days and couldn't update customer for our of stock I was annoyed rather than apologizing for their delay and mistakes, she used these lame excuses. I must have angered her because the next response I got was "not worth responding to" and "you can cancel your order" See photo attached. She also twisted the fact, said that she updated my order status after 4 days, when in fact she was just responding to my email after I pushed for a reply. She also said industry standard is to process an order for 7 days, for her to "update" my order status in 4 days was considered prompt. I honestly don't know what industry standard that is. I shop online for almost everything. Never did I had any order taken 7 days to process. In fact, most business try to get the order DELIVERED within 2-3 days. If anything is out of stock, business usually inform customer same or next day. They didn't inform me at all. So what will happen, if I didn't ask? Will they ever let me know? Apparently I'm not the only one experiencing the same thing from them. I came across their review on some chinese shopping app. Someone also complained that they took her money and wouldn't ship for a month. They kept giving her different excuse such as "manager went on business trip". If you can read chinese, you can see my screenshot. Last fact, they are not Bradelis. If that's what you looking for. The prices seem more reasonable than its competitors and they do complementary refitting of your bra after a bit of wear. This is used to be my favorite store. But not anymore. Do not order from this store!!!!!! This is my horrible experience. I ordered and paid for two bras at Redondo Beach store on 7/14/2019. The staff told me 1) they will call me when the bras arrive at the store, and 2) it normally takes 2 weeks. No one contacts me after that. On 8/8, I called store for status. The staff said the ordering dept will call me on next Monday. Of course, no one calls me on Monday. On 8/15, I called the store at 1:47pm. The staff told me she will need to check. I told her that it has been a month, I need a refund. The staff said she will check and will call me back in 10 minutes. Again, no one calls me. I called the store after 4:20pm for 5 times and the calls all went to voice mail. Finally, the staff called back, said she was in the lunch break. (Really? 2 hours?) and they still need to check with the supplier. I told her it has been too long, please cancel the order, I need my money back. Then she went to check again and called me again. She said the manager will call me 8/16/2019. Again, no one calls me. On 8/16, I called store. The staff blamed on store manager says the she told the manager on 8/15 for my refund request and the manager said will call me on 8/16, now she can not find the manager. She promised me that she will make sure the manager calls me on 8/16. Then finally the same staff called me on 6pm said the manager is on business trip and you have to wait for the call next week. I have been told for the same thing over and over again. This is just another lie. UPDATES: The owner's reply is not true. Found my new favorite lingerie store! We were in the Galleria So Bay and James drug me in and found the most beautiful piece of lingerie and had me try it on . It was plum colored and made draped entirely with strings. Absolutely a sexy and glamorous piece of lingerie. It fit perfectly and felt wonderful, I did not even want to take it off for him to pay for it! Belle Forme has the most beautiful Bra & Panty sets as well. Even though I've had this Yelp account for quite sometime, I really didn't feel the desire, or at least the persistent desire to review anything. But my experience at Belle Forme was different. Very different! My friend had told me about Belle Forme a couple of times before (she buys her bras and occasional lingerie there), and though it sounded interesting I didn't get a chance to go, and honestly I didn't think it'll be that unique. But gosh was I wrong! Ok, so from the moment you walk in you can see the store is a little gem. The displays and lingerie are just so beautiful and elegantly displayed. You feel luxury and beautiful. Not the pretentious kind, but a real nice beautiful vibe. The staff was amazing. My "Fitter" (both the ladies that worked with me were Fitters as their name tags said), was extremely professional. Courteous. Asked me a few questions and proceeded to explain to me the different bras and "Fits" they have. After that we went to the fitting room to see which bras fit me best. So their philosophy is that each body type will be matched with the best fit bra. Their fit system is also very unique and interesting. They classified their "Shaping Bras" into 3 specific fits, F1,2,3. You can read more about it on their website. Seriously, when I say OMG I mean it. What a huge difference their bras make. The look, yes, very pretty, but the feel even more amazing. A great perfect fit! Nothing like I've experienced before. I picked 3 bras. Another great thing about them, is that one of the bras I picked needed a bit adjustment as the Fitter pointed out to me (I would've never thought about it, but once pointed out it made total sense). So she actually proceeds to cutting/sewing the adjustment in the store! Amazing! And yes its free for all their bras. So to all you ladies out there, I would say do not miss this store and brand. My #1 favorite lingerie store! I buy all my lacy, sexy bras here and have never been disappointed with their brand. Before shopping here, the bras I wore were from Victoria Secrets. Whatever bra shapes and sizes my mother suggested to me back then was what I bought. However, I had back problems and never thought that the bras I wore contributed to this back pain. On my first visit to Bradelis NY, a fitting specialist evaluated my body type (weight, shape, curves) and measured my bust. I was surprised to hear that 1) I was wearing the wrong bra size, 2) the bras I wore were not very supportive and 3) I wasn't even wearing the bra straps appropriately. I learned that a poor-fitting bra can cause back pain. Wow! Needless to say, I spent a good portion of my paycheck on comfortable, supportive, new bras that day. What I like most about Bradelis NY is their customer service. It is outstanding! Each visit, a fitting specialist re-evaluates bra fit and size, even comparing it to previous store visit history. The store keeps my information on file, including bra size, my birthday (for birthday month coupons) and even past bra purchases. This information came in handy, specifically when I scheduled an appointment at one of Bradelis NY's off-site bra fitting events. They set up shop in a hotel room in San Gabriel (which was much closer to home) and made sure to bring various bras of my size for me to try on during the event. In addition, fitting specialists help me adjust my new bras. Shoulder strap support is very important, but also difficult to reach in the back while wearing a bra, so I find the fitting specialists of great help. When I leave the store, I feel confident that the bra I purchased fits me perfectly and can be worn right out of the bag. Leaving the store with a good-fitted bra isn't the end of customer service. They give free bra alterations for new and worn bras! The same fitting specialist can alter and resew the bra for a better fit while you wait/shop. For me, after months of wear, my back strap becomes loose so they have resewn the back strap for a "tighter," better fit. For free. The only thing this store doesn't have are sport bras, but those I like to buy at REI. A quality bra comes at a cost. Their bras range from $30 on-sale to $170 regular-priced. Very expensive but well worth the price. Pretty floral and lace bras and panties. I purchased my first set of bras from Bradelis last year when the store was still located in Torrance. This new location is just as cute and well kept. The store associates are wonderful, informative, and very professional. Make sure you have an associate measure and "fit" you if this is your first time here. Don't be shy or surprised when they come in and help "scoop" your migrated breast tissue back into its proper place. Trust me, you will be glad you did! For the longest time I thought I was a 34B, but to my surprise I'm actually a 30E. The associates will also teach you how to properly put on your bra which apparently I have been doing incorrectly my whole adult life. What a difference it makes! ;) Expect to pay at least $80-100+ for a bra. Check out the clearance section too. Worth every penny. Scoop on, ladies! read more

Apparently around 85% of women are wearing wrong size bra. If you are looking for a bra that really REALLY fits you and gives you cleavage, then I recommend coming to this place. I was introduced to this store from a friend who told me that I was wearing a bra that didn't fit me. When I came here, they told me that bra I was wearing was over-sized. They measured me properly and told me that my band size was actually 4 size below what I was wearing and my cup size was a lot bigger than what I thought I was. Boy was I surprised! Their bra has this 3 step system to create an ideal bust line. Step 1 bra basically collects breast tissue from the side and from the back, Step 2 bra pushes the breast tissue out from underarm, Step 3 basically lifts what's been gathered from side and underarm, making a deeper cleavage. Their bra is a bit pricey compared to Victoria's Secret. However, their bra is a lot more supportive and I believe higher in quality! What's also nice about this store is that alterations on the bra you purchase here are done for free. So say that you wear your bra out so the band becomes loose. If you take it in within 1-3 months after the purchase, they will adjust the band for free. They also send you a post card every month with $5 off coupon to remind you to come in for a measurement. It's up to you whether you go in or not. They don't call you or pester you for not coming in, which is also nice. read more

This was seriously a minor life changing event after I went here for a fitting. There was something just not right about the way my bras had been fitting. They just seemed. . .uncomfortable but I couldn't really describe HOW they were uncomfortable. When things first started feeling awry, I had a bra measuring done at two of the major Bra retailers and was told that I was wearing the right size. They were totally wrong, and because of that, I stuck with a too wide band and way too small cup size for several more years, that was until yesterday. Yutin was pleasant and courteous right from the start of my walk-in. When she measured me she said, "You're in for a surprise today because 34B is not your bra size". I was a 32DD. What a dramatic difference! Honestly, when I first read other Yelp reviews discussing this same phenomenon, I wondered if the significantly differing bra size was a gimmick. I wondered if this agency was marketing for smaller busted women to feel better wearing bras that were labeled a larger size. I was thinking their in house bra was just different sizing than anywhere else, so they'd say I was a 32DD, but in other stores I would really be a C or maybe D. Totally not true. I went to a Victoria's Secret, tried on a 32DD using the techniques Yutin showed me - fit like a dream!! It was such a learning experience coming here. Who knew there was a technique to putting on a bra to make sure it gives the absolute most ongoing healthy fit? And washing/drying techniques for prolonged bra life? Yutin stated if you start wearing a good-fitting bra correctly, the fatty tissue that makes up your breast will be perkier and better shaped after a certain amount of time. I can't wait to see if their is a difference in the months to come. The only down sides are that they have only a limited amount of bra styles in store, no practical/simple bra styles for everyday wear and many bras "in the back" that are completely different styles and brands than what they keep on display. It would be great if they could put all these on display so you can personally look through and find your style outside of their super lacy and embellished Bradelis brand bra. I would normally take away a star for this, but I just can't bring myself to do it. I am so grateful to get an accurate fitting along with all the helpful information to keep my back healthy and my body feeling comfortable. With each day I feel a physical difference I feel empowered and it makes me want to start a Bra Revolution! The time of ill fitting women's undergarmets is no more!! I want to rally women to take a stand! After less than 8 hours of wearing the correct size my posture feels better and I feel a heaviness taken off of my chest I hadn't notice before. I woke up this morning and my back was workout-type-sore and I believe that's from having the support in my new bra allowing me to use new muscles in my back to hold my back and chest up better. I just feel. . .lighter. Almost even like I can breathe better. It feels amazing. I can honestly say this visit to Bradelis changed my physical health for the better. Apparently my friend and I were a part of the 85% that wears the wrong bra size! I used to think I was a 32C according to Victora's Secret standards, and I thought I was being supported. However I've read about Bradelis NY in a monthly magazine I read and decided to check the place out. We went during the afternoon on a weekday; they usually recommend scheduling an appointment, but I figured it wouldn't be busy at the hour we arrived. The lady working was very nice and helpful, giving me LOTS of information and different bras to try on. I increased one cup size to a 32D, which was a HUGE surprise because I'm Asian and usually consider myself "small." I liked the fact that the lady gave me bras in different price ranges rather than just trying to sell me the most expensive products they carry (I walked out with two bras, one which was on sale for about $31!). My friend went from an A cup to a C cup, which she was very happy with as well. Considering you get free measuring and consultation, their prices are actually quite reasonable since all you pay for is the bra itself. Their price range isn't that much different from Victoria's Secret, and I'm happy to pay some extra dollars for the great service. You also get free alteration and they send a reminder to get your bra altered since it stretches out over time. I bought one of their Step 1 bras for "Full-figured" women which is very VERY comfortable; I never find myself adjusting it or pulling the band down. Wow! I read the reviews here and so decided to go. I have never had a bra fitting before but the reviews here said that many women who went here hadn't either and found out they were wearing the wrong bra size. I thought "well, i'm sure I'm not far off." I was wrong. Desiree fitted me, showed me how to wear it (I had been doing that wrong), I had been wearing a b cup but she showed me how it should be an E cup! (When you pull all of yourself into it she is right!) She was professional, understanding, listened to what I liked, showed me how it should be adjusted and worn (back of bra has to be lower than the front - what!!) Also, some people said the bras were expensive. Yeah, bc I usually get the cheapest on sale but these were only $50 and you can go back any time for FREE adjustments on them. (WHAT! Yeah, they actually have a sewing machine right there.) Anyway, amazing experience, amazing fit, style and they had black and nude which is what I wear. I love this place and will definitely go back. Very impressed with the bra quality and, even more so, the staff. I know bras. I know my size, though I often test the people in bra stores by letting them fit me to see if they know what they're talking about. Bradelis does. The staff member who helped me even showed me a few tricks I didn't know and gave me some comparisons on the differences in sizing from country to country. A little background on the company: They're based in Japan and market towards people with smaller backs (band sizes) but bigger breasts (cup sizes), so a lot of their clientele are Asian. Most of the bras are made in Japan, though they sometimes sell other brands. The name comes from the fact that they've opened a lot of successful stores in New York since they began their American push a couple of years ago. All the products are high quality and quite detail-oriented. Prices are higher than what you'd see at a department store or a Victroia's Secret (ICK!) or Frederick's of Hollywood (less ick) and are more comparable to that of an Agent Provocateur or Intimissimi. I was on the market for a white bra. They only had two, both of which were still lacy and fun. (Most of their bras are quite colorful and lacey. They're definitely a fun company.) I loved the fit. I loved the cleavage. I loved the look. Problem is it was about $150, which is out of my price range. I'm going to scout the area to see if there's anything else white and in my size in the area, though considering Bradelis is one of the few stores that carries a 30 band, I'll probably be back to make the investment. If you're looking to get fitted, go. If you're looking for a fun bra and don't mind the price, go. I'd even recommend going to see what the Japanese bra market looks like since every other place I've been to sells American and European (U.K., France, Belgium) bras. read more

I walked in with my daughter to get us both sized and to check out their prices. I must say I am VERY impressed. We both got sized and found bras that are comfortable AND fit us nicely. I'm giving one star simply to draw the attention from the owner of the store. I really like their bras and switched from Victoria Secret 2 years ago. I was very glad that I found this store and had introduced this place to many of my friends. Their price is about 30%-40% higher than Victoria Secret but they help you finding the right size and fitting. My thought was I was happy to pay the extra for the professional and helpful staff here. However, my recent experience was just horrible. They hired some very unprofessional people here. Last Friday (12/28/2018), my friend and I went to Belle Forme to look for underwear. It was my friend's first visit. The girl working there measured the size of my friend and built a record. Then we found out she's not able to help us fitting nor adjusting bras. We made an appointment with a Staff called Chrystal to visit during our lunch time 130pm 12/30/2018. 130pm 12/30/2018, we visited again. Chrystal was very helpful and professional and gave me extra 15% off. However, 1. The girl on Friday mistakenly created 2 records for my friend and she lost my friend's size (My friend paid $15 fitting fee I believe). And since she created 2 different records we were not very sure if my friend got any reward points saved in her records. (My friend spent around $300 Friday & Monday, so I believe it's about $20 worth of reward points.) 2. That girl has problems operating the selling terminal machine. I want to retrieve my rewards but she's not able to find it. And it took her around 20 minutes to check us out. But we have to leave fast since it was our lunch time so we didn't say much. Till this moment, it was still bearable for me. Then the real nightmare happened when I was thinking of exchange my purchase the same afternoon. I went to the store the 3rd time myself after work because I thought I saw two bras sexier during limited lunch time. Chrystal had left and only the Friday girl was there. Already knowing that she's not very bright, I didn't expect too much. I asked her to find my size of a RED bra. She opened a drawer full of BLACK bras and began to look for size of each one. I stopped her immediately because I just didn't want to keep wasting time. And then when I was trying a bra I really like but not exactly my size (I'm 30E there, I was trying a 32D), I asked her if they happen to keep any 30E online or in storage. She replied me "NO WE ARE JUST TRYING TO GET RID OF THESE" (EXACT WORDS). (And it was a normal price product not product on sale) And at the time of refund and checking out. This girl texted Chrystal first and told me she needs Chris' approval for exchange. I thought it was the extra 15% discount that needs approval. So I waited about 20 minutes for her text and operating the refund on the sales terminal machine. (Yea she really has problems with that machine). Then she told me the $118 original price has been refunded to my credit card. I asked her where is my refund receipt. She told me there is no refund receipt. I told her I need a refund receipt. She said you could go check at your bank now. I told her even if there is really a refund it will take several business days for my bank to process and I need a confirmation right now. And then somehow she gave me a gift card and told me the difference $42 of my two purchases is in the gift card. I didn't know that they don't do refunds if you purchased in store at that time and she didn't ask me at all. I told her I don't want that gift card and she showed me all their purchases in store are not refundable. So I said "ok, show me there is money in the gift card you give me", she operated that machine and called Chrystal for a bit and then found the first gift card she tried to give me didn't work. She found another gift card in the drawer and started working on that card. During this back and forth, another 30 minutes or so passed. After spending around 1 hour in the store, I was really unpleasant. I told her I don't want exchange any more I just want to leave and go home. She was trying hard touching that sales terminal machine's screen and told me "BUT I HAVE REFUNDED YOU I NEED TO DO IT AGAIN". And then she called Chrystal saying "SHE CHANGED HER MIND AGAIN SHE WANTS TO KEEP THE ORIGINAL THINGS NOW". So we kept these back and forth until I decided I'm not gonna do anything because she's not able function at all. I felt I was dealing with a 3-yr-old the whole time. It was disturbing. I really love their product. But this kind of staff is just detrimental to the business. To the owner: I hope you could get rid the staff who doesn't make sense. Thank you. read more

This place is amazing! Without a doubt the best place I have ever been fitted for a bra. If you buy a bra, they will even make alterations so it's the perfect fit. Can't remember the last time I had a bra that fit this well! My size is usually really hard to find, so I was pleasantly surprised when this store stocked it. Also the ladies are really nice and you can tell they want you to be happy with what you buy. Ladies, if you have only been "measured" in mass retailers like Victoria's Secret, I can almost guarantee that you do not know your real measurements! Please go to this lingerie store... you'd be in for a pleasant surprise! I used to think that I was a 32B... I walked out learning that my cup size was a heck of a lot bigger but needed a smaller band width. Now I only wear their bras and have ditched all the generic bras I used to have. I even got married in their bustier! They can also alter your band size on the spot if necessary in just a few minutes. The ladies their are very attentive, make sure you have a correct size, teach you how to properly wear bras, etc. Many of my friends swear by their "Step 1-2-3" bra lines, and insist that their bust sizes have increased and their breasts became better shaped after continued use. I particularly recommend this place for women that are skinny like me and feel as though typically sold 32/34 size bras seem to shift around and not stay in place... you probably need a smaller band width! Also recommended if you feel flat-chested... they will most probably have your cup size! One star less for price (on the expensive side) and location... it's all the way out in Torrance, so if you don't live in the area it's a bit inconvenient. But if you like Japanese food or like to shop Japanese groceries... also stop by to Mitsuwa around the corner and make your trip worthwhile! read more

So I've only gone to Victoria secret for my bras but their measuring system isn't right. The girls at Bradelise are really nice they had little treats to eat and they gave me some iced tea. They measured me and showed me how to wear my bra correctly so that I don't get saggy boobs later on. I found out that I should be wearing a 30" band not 32" wearing the correct band size will make you look slimmer in clothes. They do free altering for the bras you buy there when the band and straps eventually stretch out and you need them adjusted. They were having an event today so I got 10% off and a free mini lotion which smells awesome! I only bought one bra today because that is all I could afford today haha but I will be back! read more

I've been purchasing my bras since they opened the store at another location on Western in the Mitsuwa strip mall. Eventually they moved to the mall. Love that it's a smaller store, however, it doesn't mean that they don't have a great selection. Yes the price is a bit more expensive than other places but you pay for what you get in my opinion. Plus they have sales for different occasions and rewards program so you can always take advantage of it. The sales staff is very easy to talk to. She usually picks out a few choices base on what you are looking for. Then, you try them on one by one and she'll "fit" you. In the end, you can try them on again and decide which one you want to buy. This one on one attention is awesome. read more

I walked in today for the first time because I was on the hunt for something special. As soon as I entered with my two friends we were warmly welcomed and instantly given a great experience. I told the associate (forgot to ask her name) that I was looking for corset and she helped me every step of the way. She even gave me her honest opinion on what worked for me. It mattered to me that she was honest because she knows about that kind of stuff, I was totally clueless. Even my friends agreed that what I ended up purchasing was the best choice.
