Cool, yet relaxed vibes at this place I have been with a group, to do manicures as part of a bachelorette party. Everyone's manicure turned out great and we were all really happy with the service. Great colours too! Our hands all felt nice and relaxed afterward. We were all offered beverages and they put on Bridesmaids for us to watch while we enjoyed a bit of pampering, which just added a little bit to the experience. I also had my very first pedicure here. I went with a friend and we both enjoyed ourselves with a bit of super yummy David's tea. Fabulous first experience, my toes were so sparkly and pretty after! I've also had my eyebrows waxed, which was a super quick and easy experience. I actually really liked the chairs they used for this service, they tilt all the way back and are pretty comfortable. Even though I was only going in for a super quick, 10 min service, they took my coat and offered me a drink. Overall great service from all members of staff and I love-love that I can book appointments online and even select who performs my service.

The salon Is clean and comfortable however where this salon lacks is in customer service and professionalism. I booked for a shellac pedicure and dip redo on natural nails. the tech broke 2 of my natural nails which is always upsetting as they take time and effort to grow. my nails were finished they were good but not perfect. After my nail service I was scheduled for a pedi with shellac appointment which I was suddenly told would not be happening because my nails took too long.i did not want to argue so I hesitantly said ok to. I sat down to get my shellac removed from my toes for no more than 3 minutes and was accused that it was dip and that it wasn't coming off. i was asked to "find somewhere else to go" and leave. bottom line I was rudely treated and sent away with my shellac chipped: peeling off on my walk home. very dissapointed In the way I was treated.

The second was even worse. She cut the sides different lengths -which was NOT my style. When I told her they were not even she told me they were I insisted that she cut the longer side to match the shorter side but I really think she just held it so I could not see it and made snipping sounds with her scissors. I will not go back. You can try for yourself. I also know she was cited by health department for poor sanitation.

Upon arrival, Grandma, baby and I were greeted by Buthanya and another staff member in a friendly manner. My little one was then placed in a fun toy car chair and buckled in. She loved being able to play with the steering wheel while Buthanya cut her hair. Buthanya was very sweet the entire time, making sure my toddler was comfortable. Buthanya asked us what we wanted done with my little one's hair and made sure we were fully satisfied with the end result before we paid. She even put in a cute little clip in my daughter's hair at the end. The haircut cost $27 plus tip, but it was totally worth it and I would bring my daughter back to Buthanya. She was very quick and professional with the cut, which made things easier on my daughter. Perfect!

The lady who did the nails make up and facial did a fabulous job ' and was very polite and professional all though not that talkative. And the lady who is doing the up do I think is the owner or manager, it all looks so fabulous. Now the hair stylist in me is conflicted, one is wearing a smock and looks professional, the other is wearing jeans, and the third looks like she's off to go workout in her Nike workout outfit and sneakers which I get I suppose no dress Code and wear whatever, Also a little boys cut is 20$ and doesn't include a shampoo: where my shop is 15. All in all cleaning is awesome here. They sanitize everything and it's a team effort, price is decent my sisters package is 120$

Not super thrilled with my experience…read more It's a nice salon, great location, and the front staff is very nice. My cut was not the greatest. I went in with a chin-length growing-out pixie and walked out with an ear-length mushroom. I can work with it, but I didn't want that much cut off and I certainly didn't want poof around my ears, which is really unflattering for my round head shape. My head looks so short that when I saw myself in my mirror afterwards I thought my mirror was distorted. I also felt very talked-down-to as someone who doesn't fuss with my hair on a daily basis, with my stylist barely speaking to me and feigning shock when I told him, no, I don't style my hair every morning. All that said, the cut is acceptable as a not-terrible growout cut, but I wouldn't go back.

The only stylist I did not like was Stephanie. She was really apathetic about doing my hair and I did not feel welcome. I wanted to get my hair colored and she totally messed up on my color. Not to mention she badly burned my scalp with the bleach. And my haircut was definitely not what I wanted. I would not recommend her at all.

It was straight but still very frizzy with a ton of volume. The hairdresser didn't pull hard enough on the brush while blow drying to ensure a sleek and silky blow dry. I expected her to grab the flat iron as I didn't expect she was done. She didn't. I didn't say anything as I didn't want to hurt her feelings. I fixed what I could as soon as I got home with my flat iron. This place is definitely not recommend for a sleek-straight blow dry. I would not attempt this place again.
