I just walked out of this place after having sat in the waiting area for around 30 minutes without anyone serving me.
When I walked in, all staff were busy with someone. Two hairdressers were cutting men's hair, and the rest were serving women. There was a man in the waiting area.
When a hairdresser was done with one of the men, he paid and left and she called the waiting man.
I waited... and waited. A female customer walked in and was immediately greeted by the hairdresser that had just finished with the man. Away they went. I suppose that she had an appointment. Nobody had yet come to see why I was there, or even really acknowledged that I was indeed there.
A female customer walked in and someone immediately appeared from the back to ask her is she had an appointment. The customer said yes and gave the name of the hairdresser. The someone disappeared into the back. The woman sat down in a chair.
From the moment that I had walked in, the closest hairdresser on the right had been working on a man's cut. She eventually finished with the cut and the man paid and left. She then called for the woman that had just walked in. She didn't even look at me or ask if i had been served.
I walked out. Guess whether I will ever return to this establishment?
I just checked the website and it does not state that appointments are required. Even if appointments were required, someone could have actually interacted with me and asked why I was there. WTF? read more
