It was not the lady I requested online but she was kind. You have to sign in on an ipad upon arrival. She spent about 10 minutes and and made sure both brows were straight as they could be. Then she wiped my brows with aloe. I paid and went on my merry way. Only why I deducted a star is because they do not put powder on your brows before you begin in order to remove excess oil on the skin. Since my eyebrow lady is 2 hours away, this salon will have to be my new go to from now on.

The owner is in the shop…read more100% of the time and I've had her cut my hair 2 times The first was just ok I had to go home and snip off some pieces that she didn't fit in correctly. The second was even worse. She cut the sides different lengths -which was NOT my style. When I told her they were not even she told me they were I insisted that she cut the longer side to match the shorter side but I really think she just held it so I could not see it and made snipping sounds with her scissors. I will not go back. You can try for yourself. I also know she was cited by health department for poor sanitation.
