I booked for a shellac pedicure and dip redo on natural nails. the tech broke 2 of my natural nails which is always upsetting as they take time and effort to grow. my nails were finished they were good but not perfect. After my nail service I was scheduled for a pedi with shellac appointment which I was suddenly told would not be happening because my nails took too long.i did not want to argue so I hesitantly said ok to. I sat down to get my shellac removed from my toes for no more than 3 minutes and was accused that it was dip and that it wasn't coming off. i was asked to "find somewhere else to go" and leave. bottom line I was rudely treated and sent away with my shellac chipped: peeling off on my walk home. very dissapointed In the way I was treated.

She scraped the old shellac with so much force it was painful and she also ripped off half a nail, which is now damaged and sore. I regret leaving a tip because I feel like I rewarded her. I would avoid this place, or at least make sure you don't book with Mary.
