She takes the time to ensure that you take care of your lashes & make them last as long as possible. I was very comfortable during the process, and the result is terrific. I'm really pleased with my lashes. I've now been back to Mandy several times, and each time is a nice, relaxing experience. People who notice my lashes always comment on how natural they look. I didn't want anything too dramatic, and Mandy took my vision and made it a reality. These are both services you want done by someone that really knows what they are doing. They weren't kidding about creating the perfect brows. I wake up feeling better about the way I look. It was not the lady I requested online but she was kind. You have to sign in on an ipad upon arrival. She spent about 10 minutes and and made sure both brows were straight as they could be. Then she wiped my brows with aloe. I paid and went on my merry way. Only why I deducted a star is because they do not put powder on your brows before you begin in order to remove excess oil on the skin. Since my eyebrow lady is 2 hours away, this salon will have to be my new go to from now on.
