When I arrived, I found her studio is clean and comfortable. She is a consummate professional. We chatted while she did my lashes and she's a hard-working lady who is supremely knowledgeable about her profession. She takes the time to ensure that you take care of your lashes & make them last as long as possible. I was very comfortable during the process, and the result is terrific. I'm really pleased with my lashes. I've now been back to Mandy several times, and each time is a nice, relaxing experience. People who notice my lashes always comment on how natural they look. I didn't want anything too dramatic, and Mandy took my vision and made it a reality. I wasn't sure if I'd keep the lashes after my holiday, but I have, and that has a lot to do with Mandy and how convenient it is. She sends me a text reminder a day ahead of time so that I can prepare properly and is always ready to start right on time. I can pay by e-transfer too, which is super efficient and convenient! She did an allergy test to see if I had any adverse reactions to the adhesive before the procedure. She also did a 24h follow up to see how everything was as well! Her work? Beautiful.
