She felt so beautiful, her makeup didn't smudge and her hair was perfect. Thank you so much to Beauty on Bank and Jelena for being an important part of our special day. The staff were really great, extremely friendly, welcoming, professional and accommodating especially for her mother, who is in a wheelchair. This meant a lot to us and she will continue to visit them for any occasion she needs hair and/or makeup done.

I was greeted by a polite lady at the front desk, who brought me back to the waiting room for spa services. The salon was very busy and this was on a sunday, so I figured that was a good sign. I didn't wait too long until a lovely lady named Meg came and led me to a quiet serene room to do my eyebrows. Some people are completely gifted in the sense that they can make small talk not awkward at all, and Meg was one of these people. I actually didn't mind talking her up. I like that they use the same rooms to do waxing as they do for massages because lets face it, waxing of any sort sucks terribly and it definitely makes it easier if the environment is as relaxing as possible. Anyway, she spent a long time on my eyebrows to make sure she got them right. I was happy when she showed me them, they were perfect! She asked me if the shape was okay and ensured that I was pleased with the job she did. It came to $18, about standard anywhere you go. I'll definitely be back to get my eyebrows done, and next time I need any beauty treatment!

After numerous email exchanges, Oresta did not take ownership, instead recommended me to go to another spa because Oresta might not be the right fit for me. Wow, what a recommendation! Very bad customer service and I am still left with a bump on my forehead.
