Knowing they closed at 5:00 PM, I called expecting to be told I'd have to come back another day. Instead, the team told me to come right in. Not only did they stay late to help me, but they also demonstrated something that seems increasingly rare these days--honesty. Rather than trying to sell me a brand-new tire, they carefully inspected the damage and let me know that a simple plug was all I needed. To my surprise, they even repaired it free of charge. Their professionalism, integrity, and willingness to go above and beyond turned what could have been a stressful evening into a tremendous customer service experience. Because of their help, I can leave for my vacation tomorrow morning with peace of mind. Thank you to the entire Mavis team for your kindness, honesty, and outstanding service. You've earned a customer for life, and I highly recommend Mavis Tire to anyone looking for a company that truly puts its customers first.
