On my first visit, I asked a simple question about whether an item was part of the Easter sale and was met with "can you read?" During the process, she repeatedly examined each item, sighed, and showed visible frustration, which made the interaction feel awkward and unwelcoming. I understand everyone has off days, but customer-facing roles require a basic level of courtesy. I hope management takes this feedback into account.

This is a 5 star review given on David and the Company for his compassion for detail and accuracy…read morefor his work and getting it right the first time . I had called a few places to check prices for printing a Black and White Tai Chi design on our own t-shirts . David was very specific on his questions with me as to the app used and all to ensure that once the app was to be enlarged to its actual size that it would not be distorted once on the shirts we had and we had shirts in sizes from xs - Xl they had to look right . David was the only gentleman that asked me detailed questions prior to giving me a quote for the job and with this and his professionalism I knew this was the right place where I could have my friend get her t-shirts printed and know they would turn out great . Well my friend Jane took the t-shirts in and met David and she said he was very nice and was very happy to be able to get her t-shirt order within a week which was great as she needed them for her event . The t-shirts were picked as they were ready as promised and I saw them, they look beautiful- what a great job you all did on these . We didn't check each one but wow what a lovely job you did on the shirts and all I can say is - people if you are looking for a place to do screen print shirts or hats or anything they do here , I would not hesitate, David and his team are professional at what they do and what they put out is perfection and the customer service is second to none ! Thank you David for helping me and Jane .

The night before my daughter's first birthday trip a drive from Aliso Viejo, California to Phoenix,…read moreArizona I was loading the car around 6:00 PM when my tire warning light suddenly came on. With a long drive ahead early the next morning and a one-year-old traveling with us, this immediately became a stressful situation. In South Orange County, most tire service locations close early. After being turned away by Costco, I made my way to Walmart, one of the only places still open. Although I did not have an appointment, I explained the urgency of my situation and how important it was for my family to be on the road by 6:00 AM the next morning. That's when I met Ruben. Around 7:00 PM, Ruben took the time to help me, patching my tire and ensuring my vehicle was safe for the trip. He went above and beyond what I would expect from any employee. He showed genuine care, urgency, and professionalism not because he had to, but because he wanted to help. I even offered him a gratuity, which he kindly declined. He simply helped because I was a father trying to take his family on an important trip. Because of Ruben, my family was able to make that drive safely and enjoy a truly special weekend celebrating my daughter's first birthday. It meant everything to us. Ruben is an outstanding individual and a true example of what great customer service looks like. Experiences like this are rare, and they are exactly why we continue to shop at Walmart. Please take the time to recognize him he absolutely deserves it. Thank you again for prioritizing my family when it mattered most.
